Fine enough, though, I would have liked a better dialogue with the employee who had got the job before it was printed.
He barely replied, and had just begun pushing it before it was 100% approved. Super trick.
The place itself is nice but uncomfortable to get in as there are 20 people behind each screen and not offering their help.
I find it outrageous that when someone calls you and asks to speak English, you say "No, I do not speak English" and you hang up the phone. This is not a way to talk to a potential client, and now I understand why your concurents and another company recommende Lumaprint instead of you!
If you insist to have clients, be a polite minimum and be competent!
Have had 2 awkward episodes with GTE discourage anyone asking to have their printing done here.
The first time I would have liked to make a small print which probably would not take long, all files were ready, but after I asked a question I did not get answers back anymore. No idea to date why. After a few follow-up emails, I gave up.
The second time, the choice of the print center was not mine and GTE took on the task of printing a school project for us. Unfortunately, the print did not live up to expectations, we paid for approx. 5 copies of our project which were approx. 50 pages, but the first time we opened them the glue went up in the back. This happened on all copies and some pages went loose. We didn't have time to print new because of the deadline so just had to deliver what we had been given. Of course, we contacted GTE with our dissatisfaction, but we were largely told that "you get what you pay for". So at GTE, it's okay to sell something you know doesn't work.
The printing of colors, etc., did not fail.
