Terrible service from this company - only positive is at least they respond fairly quickly.
I was interested in one of their vehicles, they were kind and held it for me. I went to view and all seemed okay, nothing worrying other than no tyre kit nor spare tire. There were a few dents which they said they would fix and a hole in the driver seat which they also said they would fix. The dents came out lovely, the hole was covered with a bit of fabric which didn't even cover the whole thing and there was dried glue everywhere. Still no tyre kit, I ask for one and they say yes we will get you one for early the following week. Gets to Thursday, I ask and they say yes come on Friday.
I show up, and they give me a jack and try to tell me that will be all I need on the side of the road, I don't think so! I requested a proper tyre kit, as promised, which they argued about to start with, but then they did order one to my house which I received and that was fine.
I had the car 2 weeks, of which time the whole time the NEW brake pads were squeaking, which they say is nothing but I had driven 1000 miles they should have been bedded - no? I took it to a garage who said that the garage hadn't fitted the pads correctly and there was no lubricant, hence the squeaking.
The same day as this, I have an engine management light come on which I get scanned and it says that the cylinders are not operating correctly ( probably not their fault ) and that the oil isn't running through correctly as it is the wrong oil, causing an overheating issue, they had changed the oil before I purchased so they had used the wrong oil.
The argument to get my money back has been a nightmare and they didn't want me to give the car back at all. I eventually got the money back but I will never be using this company again and I recommend others avoid it.
