It took quite some time to get a response to my initial inquiry, and when I did, the information provided was vague and lacking in detail. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected better communication and follow-up throughout the process. The caregivers assigned to my parents lacked proper training and experience, which was disappointing. While they did their best, there were instances where their lack of knowledge became evident. The company should invest more in training and supervision to ensure the quality of care provided is up to par. Overall, my experience with this company was average, but there is definite room for improvement.
