Two things, it was originally slated to be delivered on Tuesday, but they did not cause it was raining terrible out so I m very happy now that they did not. But they probably delivered it today in the sun, and I even moved my old chair out. My apartment is tiny so I needed the old one out for the new one to be in. They did all of that For me. Way beyond the call of just moving the new chair in. Terrific service. It has blessed me immensely

Sometimes the lines are long but overall they do a good job Marcia made sure I had hoses connectors everything I needed and helped me to the car with my oxygen I was short of air having a hard time. Peter waited on me the time before that and he is comical makes you smile the whole time. Thanks Gould s !
For providing with my medical needs with a good attitude and workmanship and there is a gentleman in a wheelchair he is AWESOME he gave me other options so I wouldn t have to carry the empty tanks back in he helped me at the door was courteous and just made sure I had everything and even offered to take it outside for me but Marcia did.
DISGRACEFUL! They gave me a # to call to return my rental & I've called the last 2 months. Noone calls back & they keep charging my card. I've called & called only to be left on an automated system for over 2 hours!!! I changed my billing card on file so someone would HAVE to call but they instead, took it upon themselves to bill the incorrect card & put my account in the negative. FRUSTRATION ISNT EVEN THE WORD. DONT SHOP HERE
So I guess I'm stuck with this cart & a lifelong debt to these scammers. It's a PATHETIC & DISGUSTING SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS & YET THIS COMPANY STILL HASN'T REMEDIED THEIR OBVIOUS ISSUES AND ITS A HEALTHCARE SUPPLY ONTOP OF THAT.
The employees at Gholds were not very helpful but once we got to the correct area of the store the AdaptHealth employees where great. They took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. They had a very positive and happy energy. I was a great experience.
The people at Gould s, especially Heather, Sarah and service technician Jesse are all dedicated customer oriented people. They are kind courteous and very thorough and are knowledgeable in their own fields. I am totally impressed with their professionalism! We went to exchange our tanks and Marcia was efficient and so courteous! Today Waymon delivered bigger tanks to me, he was very kind and professional too!
Both technicians worked hard to insure everything performed perfectly.
I could tell the complexity of the equipment demanded a lot of skill.

I wouldn t shop here. The science is clear yes paper masks and cloth masks are not effective and vaccinated people are not at risk nor do they put others at risk, yet the people who work here insist that everyone wear a mask. Do business with people who believe in our country has a free society and limited government. Do business with people who respect your freedom to choose.
Personnel were very helpful when I purchased a scooter. The person who delivered it brought it into our condo did a great demonstration of how to use it and how it disassembled. Excellent customer service
