The absolute worst hospital I have ever gone to over the past 11 years.
The amount of times I have had to go back to say there is something wrong for them to do something is ridiculous.
Waiting 6 hours in pain is not good enough while local doctors are continuously sending their patients in to get checked over something needs to be done about this.
Kids ward is great and there are some great nurses but I don t have a lot of faith in the doctors.

Everyone in the DOSA unit were extremely friendly. The anaesthetists were very kind with a good sense of humour and comfort me when I was panicking just before being put to sleep. I am very lucky to have these professionals look after me.

5 stars to nurse eliza fuller in emergency for her professional, warm competent care of my elderly mother today wish there were more like her

Absolutely disgusting my pregnant wife is in severe pain and vomiting blood and they have made for wait and wait for about 6 hours so far they couldn't care less Absolutely disgusting service never want to come back again they need to have it so I can't rate it in the minus cause it's Absolutely terrible definitely a score of minus 10

Excellent customer service shout out to birthing suite and Maternity Ward. Thank you guys so much to all the nurses, midwives and doctors there.

Never again will I go to this hospital ever again, I have meet the most rudest nurses in my life and doctors that just ignore you and discharge you quick even if you are in soo much pain, it's all about tough luck if you get a good doctor and nurses, I've only had a decent experience with the surgery department for my mother.

Great professional staff friendly environment minimal time in the waiting room. Unlike private dentist there's no upselling on unnecessary dental procedures.

I ve had the odd bit of trouble here but for the most part, the receptionists, nurses and doctors here are lovely and really try their best to make you comfortable. One of the hardest moments in my life was made a bit more bearable thanks to the kind and compassionate nurses and doctors.

Erin, Amy, Katherine and Mitchell were extremely professional, caring, informative and supportive as was the Dr. who oversaw the process. We are extremely lucky to have professionals of this caliber working at the GV Base Hospital.

I don t even rate this hospital 1 star only I had to select 1 to write a review.
This hospital is an absolute disgrace as I was placed in a bed with a sheet COVERED IN MOULD. Despite my recovery and prone to infections needing continues attention the staff was rude and took their time in responding to me as a patient this resulted to me discharging myself due to the utter lack of cleanliness in this health department.
Further action will be taken.
