Had to get some parts filters,brakepads,etc from their parts dept ,why you go to the after market places idk these guys are great and know your car.
Like the customer service, in and out in under 30 for an oil change.
Have had my vehicle over a year and the contract stated" 1 free detail and oil change" STILL have not gotten my car detailed
This is not a great dealership they lied to me they told me that there computer internet was down and they said they would get back with me the next morning and they said that it was my income credit acceptance said that they do accept people on disability about 4 years go I bought a car from credit acceptance through rick hill Nissan and I was approved with a 1000 dollar down payment so it looks like they have discriminated against me
They had been fixing my car for a month and stated my car was ready since then my car has not started and had tobgset towed back to them ! They said it was fixed and then the same day of pick up I got stuck on the side of the 385 my car just shut down! I have spent over 1,000 in repairs with volkswagan and my car is still not fixed! The people are nice they just can't get the job done

Poor salespeople , had to hunt down someone for questions on crossover vehicle s . Sat in sales room for salesman to wook a deal for over 2hr ended up leaving out of sales room discourage for waiting so long with no deal .Ended up buying a crossover vehicle from another dealer 45 minutes later .You snooze you loose !

I saw the wrench on my dashboard and decided to get it checked out this morning and glad I did to the tune of $360.00 my brakes front were down to two mm and oil change, air filters and fluid plus rotation of tires....got to keep my car working for me...okay glad I called and got it fixed..John was a Good Service Man a matured, gentlemen but was great customer service rep...thank you, sir.
The service is great, but plan for about a 2 hour wait no matter the service needed. But there is free wifi, TV, chips, coffee, and water. And the service is great!

My whole day was ruined. Made an appointment online, got there the very thing I needed help with machine was defective, or maybe not because then the employee stated they where really behide too bad they don't put that information online. Really I drove all the way out here and no one tried to call to tell me otherwise. Manager ignore you, will feed you all type of concern over the phone, then he hangs up good luck with whatever he promised.
Took forever for 2 people to order a key for my porshe. I asked 3 times about my discount for being in the porshe club and the 2 people just blew me off. Since it was my first time there, I thought the cashier would apply the discount. No, she couldn't do it and after standing in the cashier line for another 10 minutes, the parts counter closed. I am not sure why I am spending over $300 for a key when their customer service is so terrible? Then I will have to come back and go through this again when the part comes in. Do yourself a favor get your parts somewhere else.
I am posting on behalf of my mother-in-law. She went for an oil change and the mechanic did not put oil in her car. When she went back, the customer service Representatives where I'm willing to help her initially. In fact, they said that it just needed to be topped off, which it's not right. She went to another shop and this shop confirmed that not only did she not have oil, but she needed to add 4 quarts of oil. Her car could have locked up as a result of this oversight.Needless to say, she will not be coming back.

The experience was the best yet when shopping for a vehicle. Salesmen weren't all in your face but there to answer any questions. Finance manager wasnt a nightmare to work with either but a fantastic man who really cares about getting us the best deal possible. The salesmen here went above and beyond in helping us buy a new car!!! We paid nothing down with bad credit plus they even took care of the insurance and registration for us!!! You will not go broke after loosing my business---but do it a lot and see what happens----over two hours to change oil----did not know who wrote up ticket, had to go three places to find keys----greasy hand prints all over truck, and I was early before 8-----was told after 2 hours a lot in front of me

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS LOCATION and the rude staff..I wish I could give them a -1.....Went in for them to fix an recall,left and check engine light came back on,called and they said I will have to pay the $140 for an diagnostic test..went to auto zone for an free one and they still saying I will have to pay!!! I should've went to the other location when I saw another lady cursing them out on my first visit
