This is the best company I worked for been painting for over twenty years an by far the best painting company I had the privilege to work for they treat u like family u can't find better there number one. I miss them everyone in the office an in the field are good trusting people Don u we're the best an still are miss u . Much love.. kenny

Very poorly run company. I was treated badly as a former employee. The original owner built a great company long ago but now Don has brought quality and morale way down. The painters are not fairly compensated for having to use their own trucks and equipment. It is also true their overhead is very high because of a lot of worthless people drawing salaries for nothing and buying cars and trucks with company funds. That is why their bids are so high and Don has to rip off his customers every job.

They painted my restaurant last month and I had nothing but problems with them. They finished the job two weeks later than they said and the supervisor was a drunk that was very hard to get a hold of and was rude. The salesmen in thier office were nice at first but then were arrogant after the work began. I talked to a guy who said he owned the company named Don and he was the most arrogant s.o.b. I've ever spoke to. The painters were good and did an adequate job in the end, but I would not recommend this contractor to others.

Poorly managed company. They treat their workers bad and pay is low. They give you a smart a** attitude if you complain and belittle you. Plenty of other contractors to paint for that treat you better. I'm also surprised they get any work as the customers have told me they are very high priced and take their sweet time to finish jobs and don't care.

I gave over 10 years of my life to this company only to be treated like garbage at the end. Don walks around belittling his employees, playing mind games, and forces the guys that are salary to work overtime for him while he goes home. His wife Vicky draws a salary for absolutely nothing. Don't apply to work here unless you like being treated like a slave. Their paint jobs are over priced also, as their overhead is high from an office full of lazy women drawing fat salaries.

It's a really good company to work with, people in the office really friendly and good people. thumbs up
