Terrible

The worst place to be seen. So many communication errors on their end and they are extremely stand offish. They quite literally told me they didn t have time to take care of the list of things I came to get checked for that I already discussed with whomever took my appointment. So that s a great start, when waiting months to get seen and then they tell you they got no time for you. I understand the healthcare system is a mess in this country. But this is taking it to another careless level.

If I could leave less than one star I would. They do not follow through on referrals and trying to get someone to answer a phone or return a message is impossible. I am beyond frustrated with them, if you are looking for a good doctor this is not the place you should go to.

I had a broken crown, right down to the gumline. Originally thought I needed surgery, but they were able to avoid that, and pulled the tooth. I came in as an emergency patient with no appointment. I got in within 1/2 an hour, removed the tooth and billed my insurance. My out-of-pocket costs were minimal, as I have good insurance. BUT! The main purpose of this review is to tell you, if you're nervous about dental work, pick Goodwin. They have a large staff that is very kind. My Dr. walked me through as we went along and I was very happy I chose Goodwin. Their prices are reallly good too. Overall a great experience. Goodwin is now my go-to dentist. Congratulations, Goodwin, for providing excellent service!

I called Goodwin on Tuesday morning with an urgent medical matter, wanting to be seen. (I m an established patient) No one answers the phone there any more so I had to leave a message. No one called back on Tuesday. I left a voice mail on Wednesday morning, no response. Left another on Wednesday afternoon. No response. Left a message on Thursday (today) morning. NO RESPONSE! My condition has been worsening with no response from Goodwin so I am currently sitting in the Emergency room. I feel so betrayed by the people I ve been trusting with my health! It s a fine line between simple incompetence and gross negligence and Goodwin, you re walking it.

I Can NEVER GET A CALL BACK FROM THIS OFFICE TO GET MY DAUGHTER IN TO BE SEEN WHO HAS BEEN SICK FOR TWO WEEKS NOW!!!!!! REASDY TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ANY LICENSE AGENCY CUZ THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

Waiting time and getting a call back from them takes day's. Our kid's doctor was nice but appointments feel rushed.

A mental health care person there tried diagnosing me with several new problems within the first 40 minutes of meeting her. I knew for a fact none of them were relevant because I had a mental health doctor for over 2 years who spoke with me for months before coming to me with any diagnoses and they were MUCH different than the label this lady slapped onto me here. My telehealth meetings were only ever about 30 to 40 minutes instead of an hour due to my lady constantly being late. She also didn t retain any information I told her, constantly zoned out, checked her phone or computer while I was talking, never listening with intent or looked at me, barely spoke, often said uhhhh....What should we talk about next?....Do you have anything you think you d like to talk about? I saw her maybe 3 or 4 times before I told her I didn t want to see her anymore. She then gave me attitude and said well I mean. This is your health we re talking about here. So I guess if you really want to do this then fine. Your call. The care here disgusts me beyond belief. No one gives a damn about you at all. I felt worse being there than I did trying to deal with it all on my own.

This place is Awesome the staff is Awesome very helpful very friendly. My Doctor is Awesome
You need a pharmacy
You need blood work
You need a Dentist
Their is only one thing that's missing for me and
anyone that don't drive in the winter is for the Pharmacy
is to have delivery on medicine.
There are other services. Call and check them out.
