the Goodwill in Des Moines Iowa need some serious RE Management you dump everything in Ben's you can't find half of what you're looking for if you find one shoe you're certainly not going to find the other shoe I have never seen anything like that in my life it needs management and it needs to be revamped the money that you are losing at that store is mind-blowing if you'd like a good manager to come in and figure all that mess out for you you give me a call thank you

I ordered a used book from them through Amazon Marketplace. They shipped the wrong book. I sent them an email explaining the error and the reply that came back was seemingly an automated stock reply. They did refund my money but I felt treated very impersonally and will not use them in the future.

I ve reached out several times in the past few weeks, in regards to employment opportunities. I expressed which what position I m interested in and contacted a Beth as told when I visited, and as an Alumni of GWISP. I feel less than valued when I was not contact in the past month in regards to my employment chances. I do not feel they even care about anyone who is not enrolled in job training. I feel this is poorly handled business and have made it clear to me that they do not care about the individuals who are trying their best to achieve something or make something of themselves. I am very disappointed.

I've been going to Goodwill Industries almost since its inception. Whether it's for counseling or medical care at CCHC (Charlotte Community Health Clinic). Or CCT (Center for Community Transitions), which i attended and completed prior to their moving here. Or even purchasing clothes and books at their secondhand store. I even enrolled in their jobs program. Unfortunately, I'm still recovering from multiple surgeries and as of yet, I'm still unable too take advantage of all the fantastic programs that they have too offer. If you need assistance with anything; be it counseling, medical, dental, jobs or job training. This is the place to go. Whether you're underemployed, unemployed, a veteran, homeless or have a colorful past, there are programs and people here waiting to assist you. All you have to do is make the effort and they will assist you in anyway possible. This is the only place of it's kind that i know of where all of your needs can be met in one place. If you need a job, they will train you and pay you at the same time. Don't say what you can't do. What are you willing to do?. The biggest Goodwill that I have visited. There is a small boutique around one side that offers new/lightly used clothing and most items still have the tags. Great prices too and the staff is so friendly. They even offer free WiFi.

I recently ordered a book through Abe Books and it was shipped to me from Goodwill Industries in Charlotte, NC. This was a hard back David Jeremiah devotional and it was not only wrapped once, secured in a padded envelope, but wrapped again in a
second padded envelope. I just wanted to thank you for making sure the book got to me in such great condition. Thanks again!

Very poor management. They treat their employees terribly. They use them until they no longer need them to profit their bottom line.

Their training programs are very informative. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I have ordered a RC-transmitter through e-Bay and it was shipped to me from Goodwill Industries in Charlotte, NC. It was a great shopping experience on line and I am sure that I will be buying more stuff form Goodwill. I just wanted to thank you for every thing you have help.
