I ordered a book from them through Amazon that was supposed to be delivered by October 22nd. I am happy to say that I received the book today, October 15th. a full week earlier than I thought I was going to receive it. Thank you very much!!!!

Terrible corrupt GW They never answer the Ecommerce phone or return messages left. Portal is also ignored Scams with inside shill bidders or accomplices ! Had proof with bid history and mysterious deleted bids then rebid by same individual . ONLY STAFF can delete bids and this occurred within seconds after the item was listed ! Same item got relisted after I called them out on it and was bid up to EXACTLY the same bid the 2nd time by the same person

update to the damaged merchandise i received from you via the online auction...it appears you are reading my messages and deleting them from this page. i have disputed the charge on my credit card. i have sent several emails to you--only to have them bounce back to me. links requesting a return authorization number so i can return this are not working on your online auction website. i have sent 3 messages to customer service regarding these items and my intent to return them. finally, i have called the phone number on your website several times, but no one will answer the phone. i am documenting all this for mastercard and anyone else that needs this information.
not only does it appear you misrepresented the items for the online auction, but your actions (or inaction in this case,) makes it appear you knew you were fraudulently representing the items--particularly since i can't seem to get in touch with you in any manner to return it.

Terrible online support. Not communicable, EXTREMELY RUDE. So much for being a family-supporting business. The people here only want to support themselves and will price gouge items for no reason. Come here if you like the company of liars, thieves and scammers.
I had previously given Goodwill 5 stars until today when I went to the the location on 85. It was so outrageously expensive that I walked out with nothing but disappoint. Everything was marked way up and was close to retail prices on used items. Goodwill is not a non profit. They are a for profit that receives donations. Even though many of the people I knew thought that them doing this was wrong, I supported their practices for a long time because they provided a local place to get basic items at an affordable price. Since they have raised the price so much now it seems that they are being dishonest.
Employees were focused more on personal issues than customers. took several attempts to tear the cashier from her cell phone to answer a quick question which. She then didn't know the answer anyway. The products are of poor quality and overpriced and the new location makes poor use of space. Over all very negative experience. would reccomend Woody's Bargain Outlet in Libertytown Instead
My experience at this Goodwill was very satisfying. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a nice woman, and she helped me find all the clothes I wanted. As I looked around the store, I saw a very clean and well managed store. I could instantly pick out the manager, she was diligent with all the employees up and moving to help the customers. While I was shopping she came up to me and asked if I needed any help? As time went on, I saw experience and customer concerned with all the employees during a busy time. While I checked out at the front desk, the cashier worked very fast and was a complete pleasure to be with. Over all, a very nice company that helps out the entire community.
Goodwill has really improved its presentation with more room and products better displayed. I shop at the Thurmont Goodwill. It's a pleasure to shop there with one exception. There is horrible music blasting from the employees area, with the result the employees must shout at each other to be heard. Perhaps the employees could use earphones to listen to their music without bothering the customers. Other than the raucous music, I like shopping at the Thurmont Goodwill.
Since posting the above comment, the Goodwill atmosphere has improved significantly. Only soft music is heard, and it is much more pleasant. I can now give Thurmont Goodwill a five-star rating.
They lie about descriptions of conditions online. 3 out of 60 orders online were damaged. 2 from this store. They dont reply to emails or return phone calls. Whoever in charge of their online auctions should be fired...
