Giving 4 stars because the cashier asked if I wanted to join a GW program which would reward me after I purchased a certain dollar amount. After 2 visits I was constantly told GW did not have any cards for the program. Cashier also said I could keep my receipts and join later.
Agree that many items are overpriced. But if you bypass the overpriced items you should be able to find some good deals. Be sure to wait around and look in the bins as employees bring out new items. Maybe someday customers also will be able to participate in the rewards program.

HUGE! That's really the best word to describe the differentiating factor for this location. They have aisles, and aisles of things for just about every category you can think of! We've been several times throughout the past few years. Most recently we went in looking for tea party items (think tea cups, saucers, plates, platters, etc.) for our daughter's upcoming "Tea for Two" themed second birthday party.

We easily found several pieces, and they were obviously at a bargain price point. They had all yellow tagged items as 50% off the marked price, and it's a rotating color tag, so be sure to ask or look for the signage to tell you which color is on offer when you arrive.

The only factor that can be painful is the check-out area. They usually only have a handful of cashiers, and if there are a few people with a lot of items, it backs up quickly. But, for the prices it's hard to be too concerned here. :)

Overall: A
Great place to find bargain items. It's always rotating in and out donated items, so if you're on the hunt for anything specific, check back regularly as things change quickly!

This is a very large Goodwill store. It is very organized, clean and well stocked. The staff here are friendly and efficient. This is a very busy store, so if you see a shopping cart that s empty and doesn t belong to anybody, grab it. There s plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

Huge amount of great items to choose from, the staff is super helpful and very professional.. I enjoy seeing the things they get on a regular basis, and they always try and keep the store as fresh and updated as possible. The prices are great and it feels good to know you are helping out just by shopping.

I visited this location today and found an item that was marked $3.99. I went up to the cash register to pay for the item and noticed that there was another sticker that was only partially adhered. When the partially adhered barcode was scanned, the item was ringing up at $6.99. Both items were listed as wares and had no other descriptor, so the $3.99 and $6.99 tags could have been valid. Another employee came to the register to look into the situation. He re-priced the item at $4.99. While the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful, the person who priced the item literally increased the price while I was waiting to check out. The federal trade commission act Prohibits deceptive or misleading advertising of any medium. I understand that it s only a dollar higher, but the additional dollar that they were trying to get for the item made them lose me as a customer forever. I liked to buy things secondhand to keep unnecessary items out of landfills, but will visit other thrift stores whose mission and actions more closely along with my values and will avoid goodwill whenever possible.

This is a much better Goodwill than most I've visited. Good job to the staff!

The shelves are very neatly organized and re-organized often. The clothing racks are are neatly organized and well displayed. I do like the tilted style of displaying clothing versus the straight up and down hanging. Very good.

I was able to see and inspect items that caught my eye without touching them (not much clutter). Then if I was still interested, I would then pick them up.

Was happy to see all employees wearing masks and wearing them properly (no exposed noses). Very good job.

This is niw on my "always stop by" list when I come down to Orlando, for sure!

I'm sure I'll find a nice little treasure here in the future.
