Don't ever buy from this location on shopgoodwill.com. They purposely don't fully describe the item that your bidding on so once you win the auction and the item gets sent to you, there will likely be an additional issue with it. Then, if you want to return the item because you think it was very misleading, they want you to pay the return postage fee and a 25% restocking fee.

If you email this location they either don't respond or respond saying they can't help you and they are just too busy for your questions. I have purchased from many Goodwill e-commerce locations and this is the only one that is not willing to answer any questions or respond (even when you give them a week to do so). Some "Supervisor" named Allison is in charge and she even tells her workers to not respond or tell people they don't have time to help. What a joke. Even if a worker wants to help, Allison will tell them not to. Allison need to find a different job. Allison must not be from MN.....no Minnesota Nice in her at all.

Does not communicate with customers about auctions they sell. Bought a $360 auction and it didn't even come with what was listed and shown in pictures. Staff unwilling to communicate with me about a refund.

I used their online auction site to bid on and purchase an item from this store. They item hadn't shipped after over seven days (but I was being patient because they had said things were slow because of lack of staffing). Today I received a refund for the purchase and it simply said "Item not found". The complete lack of communication or any attempt at customer service is the problem here. They could have reached out and said, "Hey, things are crazy here - we are having trouble finding the item you purchased will be in touch". There was zero attempt to communicate and I was just surprised with an electronically generated email indicating my money was refunded. Avoid bidding on items from this location.

I won an auction online from these people and was the only bidder. They must have thought it would go for much more because I was issued a refund after days of waiting for it to arrive. You dont just lose a cast iron Dutch oven. They are pretty heavy and dont walk away. Crooked people running this location

I have been treated with the utmost respect and when I had problems they was listened to and addressed mostly in my favor. I am a single father with full custody of my daughter. The support I receive from Goodwill Easterseals is vital and priceless. Keep up the good work!!!

Dropping off donations used to be a breeze with their drive-through system. But they keep changing how they want you to do it, and the employees are rude. I m going to find another thrift store for my donations.

I used their online website daily to buy items but not anymore ever since they ve lost my items consecutively. I have given them $4,000+ over the last two years when employees didn t steal or jack up prices. They are now losing a majority of my items. The employees then say this happens a lot. So internal theft happens a lot I guess, and they are okay with that. Unbelievable. They also use a ghost bidder to jack up prices. Anyone with an algorithm reader can see this. I encourage you to write the attorney general to fix their issues since they won t do it themselves. Goodwill is not a non-profit.

I purchased a digital Piano for $400 so my son can start taking piano lessons. After contacting fed ex about my packages wherabouts I was instructed to contact the shipper (these guys) ugh. And they told me to contact fed ex. Then I was told to wait. Then I have to hound goodwill for an update which they reply with[ ticket closed] Hello, "Thank you for your patience as we have been processing your claim. Unfortunately, FedEx has decided to decline your claim. FedEx has determined the package was properly delivered to the correct address. We regret any inconvenience this issue has caused. Sincerely, Customer Service" and no explanation on who it was delivered to, this is crazy, no signature, nothing.I don't know ,that, the hat just blows my mind.

Advertise 754 pound pallet of Lego which you could figure would have 75-100 pounds for the pallet and gaylord at most. When i received it, it was 224 pounds. They were short 430 pounds. This was grossly mistated, and they will not call me back, or discuss corrective action.
