These people will lie to you to sign the contract with them, they will take your money, then they are not interested in anything. If you look at all the "5 star ratings", you will see that virtually none are from people who have made a project with them. They are from people who have been to a presentation, or from friends. Anyone who has signed a contract with them will be, like me, in one-star reviews. For those who have time, I will detail everything I suffered with them below.
I met Mr. Dan Tart at a Bizzclub meeting, and the dance invited me to a GW Consulting presentation. Before the presentation I personally discussed with the dance about the possibility of my company receiving funding, and the dance told me that it is very possible. From the beginning they were worried about the clause of keeping 3 new employees for 2 years after the financing was finished, precisely because our activities are new and we do not have a stable market yet. I literally asked Mr. Tart: "what happens if I can't keep these 3 employees another 2 years after the financing?" And the dance answered me casually "answer within the limit of the social capital". I insisted: "I mean 220 lei?", And Mr. Tart answered "yes".
Pleased with the promise of such a miraculous evolution of my company, I signed and sent the advance 2 days later.
I soon met the consultant assigned to my project. From the first day we sat down to discuss the details of the financing application, I found out that it is not really true that they "respond within the limit of the social capital". The truth is that if they fail to keep the company with 3 extra employees, for 2 years after financing, all the money of the project must be recovered. That is, besides the confiscation of the goods, which seemed to me understandable, they would act in court against me. That is, I would endanger the apartment I paid for in 10 years of work, and the family situation for which I worked all my life. Already, the concept of a financing application that was presented to me as very secure was radically changing. Then I asked to cancel the clause in the contract which obliges me to hire 3 people, assuming on my own responsibility to put in the application that I will only hire 2, with the risk of not winning the financing. The cancellation of the clause was approved by GW after I spoke with Mr. Tart and Mr. Adam, a discussion in which it resulted that the risks of the project were not presented to me correctly.
The circumstances meant that, in June, I had to hire one of the people who was about to be hired through the financing project as a matter of urgency. Then I called the number of my project consultant to ask him. The dance was on leave, a woman's voice answered, who didn't show up. I asked "if I had to hire a person who was targeted for the project faster, can I dismiss and re-employ the project at the time of its approval?". The lady replied without hesitation "sure yes, I don't see why not".
Later, when my project consultant returned from vacation, he confirmed that this is not true either.
Above I wrote only the facts, as they happened, without adding my opinion on all these. Of course, you cannot trust this company, it depends too much on who is answering the phone if you will receive documented information or personal opinions, and I believe that the essential aspects of such a project, respectively its risks, are not taken seriously by the staff. which sells consulting.

My experience, but this totally disappointed company is asking for money for nothing. Some liars are careful.

I live from clients' money on undrawn files and not from the success of projects. Disappointing! I do not recommend to anyone. Poorly prepared leadership!
