I've had the good fortune to stay at the Redwood City, Sacramento, Buena Park and Rohnert Park properties. Each time was a pleasant stay. Baby friendly, and convenient to where I needed to go.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

Apparently this is a normal practice for the Good Nite Inn in Redlands CA as a form of business practice, They charge you at the time of the reception for a deposit of $25 and tell you that it will be refunded. One month later they still have the charge on the card. They informed me that they could not accept cash deposit ONLY Credit card and now I know why, because they know people will come back and get the money but with a card most will forget. It seems from the many reviews posted here that this illegal theft is common practice. I think its time to let the State consumer affairs department know about this procedure and the corporate office which just happens to be in LA.

My stay here at Good Nite Inn was hassle free and extremely pleasant. Staff at the front desk were helpful and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend a stay here any time of year.

I only stayed at the Redwood City hotel an overall it was a pretty nice stay. I absolutely fell in love with the layout of this hotel, the large rooms, the carpets, beds, sheets, furniture, etc. It made me feel like I was at home. The one thing that irritated me though is the hotel was somewhat falling apart, and when I stayed there in June 2015 they were tearing up the carpet and asked us to rent a new room on the other side of the building. They charged us another night, which I think was pretty lame.
