Sent them back, following their exact procedure and they won t refund me. Terrible customer service.

I am not usually one to write reviews, but my recent experience with Golf Town has been so incredibly bad I had no other choice.
I originally ordered a club during the demo event in November for a great price, only to be disappointed by receiving the wrong club. I called customer service to see what could be done to receive the product I ordered and was told I would get a call back with instructions.
I never received a call back, so I spoke to another person and he suggested going into a store to do the exchange. When I arrived in store the General Manager stated he had direct orders that he is unable to touch his demo inventory and that I could not make the exchange.
I then had to call again, and finally got in touch with a supervisor. He said the best they can do is offer a 40% discount on the club I originally tried to order. An unacceptable compromise, because it involved me having to pay more for the mistake Golf Town made.
I eventually gave in, seeing as I really wanted the club I ordered, but was shocked when I saw that only a 20% discount was applied.
Four calls, and three visits to the store later I will be returning my order and I now refuse to support a company with such atrocious customer service.

We ordered a set of Sims golf clubs thru Golf Town...

We ordered a set of Sims golf clubs thru Golf Town On April 8th . The charges went thru on Master Card the next day and we were sent a tracking order from UPS telling us the clubs would be delivered the following Monday. We have still not received the clubs.....after several interactions with both UPS and Golf Town we were told we would have to wait as they needed to do an investigation to find out were the clubs are. Well today we received an email form UPS...saying there was further information...so we contacted UPS.....they told us they could not give us the information as it has been sent to Golf Town...so we contacted Golf Town. They now tell us they have to do an investigation as the are not aware of the clubs being lost....so they can not refund our money until their investigation is complete....even after several conversations with them....its now been a month..Golf Town has our money..well in excess of $1000.00..we have no clubs and they are still not willing to refund our money.
This is by far the most frustrating company to deal with..both UPS and Gold Town will not take responsibility for any of this..but are more than willing to keep our money.......truly unacceptable!!!!!.
I would caution you not to do business wit this company thru the web.
