they have a wide selections of items but the customer service is horrible. went there to buy a new driver and nobody would help. They walk right by you and go to someone who looks and dresses the role as a professional golfer. It got so frustrating i left and went to DICKS to buy the driver. Not as much of a selection but atlas the staff try and helps as much as possible.. The same scenario happened last yr also i will never be going back.. Kinda sucks because if they did there job i would of bought a new set of clubs also.
Couldn't find any help so I walked out. I'm in the market for new clubs so I might try one more time but after that I'm done you'll never see me again
Excellent repair service.
Quick turnaround and knowledgeable personnel.
Great selection, knowledgeable people. Best in the area.
Helpful staff. Great inventory. They helped me purchase an appropriate sized golf bag for my piano keyboard, do a special order, were excellent in communicating and there were no surprises in the end when I went to pay. I appreciated their care in making sure I knew all my options and their implications. I was told the item wouldn't be available till April but it got delivered just a couple of weeks ago. I was ecstatic.
They are also generous in giving to the community.
Top gear at a good price. The guys know their e
Equipment and will help your to suit your needs. Friendly.
Knowledgeable staff. Friendly and well stocked with equipment and accessories. Hitting area to try clubs and also regripping available. Prices are good less then pro shops but in line with other online suppliers.
Good place to buy golf clubs. You have 90 days to decide if you want to keep them. They have a wide selection of clubs and golf equipment. The staff there are quite nice.
This is one of my most confident 5 star reviews I ve ever written. Let me first start off by saying the employees are impeccable. They listened to some concerns I had, and fully took care of everything. Not only have I saved a ton of money by shopping here instead of other places, but the customer service here is unmatched compared to any other golf shop I ve been to. They have a wide selection of golf products and equipment. It s also a very easy drive to get to Golfers Warehouse. It is right off of I-91 and is easily accessible. I really have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. I m 100% a returning customer, and will be recommending this place to my other golfing friends.
Gr8, sales rep was very knowledgable and helpful. I will purchase that titelist driver and irons soon.
Brian Murphy is a great asset. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Best choice of equipment .
Everything you need under one place, 4 starts because most of the employees rather talk among themselves then approache a customer and try to make a sell.
Way to overpriced That's the headline considering you can head right down the road to a discount golf warehouse called Mike's where everything is at least 50% off sticker price at golfers warehouse. Less than half a mile down the road!
Could not give me answer when New golf clubs very poor customer service
For anything and everything golf. Great selection and deals.
Nice showroom. Good selection. Decent prices. No service. I've been to this location when there were more employees than customers, yet the employees were talking to each other, not to the customers. I walked in and hit balls on the simulator for 45 minutes. Tried out a number of different drivers. Nobody ever even acknowledged me. If you're ok with zero service, this is a good place to shop.
Got fitted for irons yesterday and returned shoes within 90 day return period. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Has a small store feeling and everything I needed.
Wasn't sure what to rate this in terms of stars. The selection is excellent but the prices are straight retail. I went looking for some fall sales and it was a big bust. It was september 9th and there was no sales whatsoever. most surprising was on apparel. I understand the internet has made equipment more of a steadily priced commodity where the old spring introduction of new products and fall sales to get rid of inventory are a thing of the past but not everything else. all the clothes and accessories were full retail. a few shoe deals but nothing exciting. most shocking are the near retail pricing for used and demo clubs, literally a 20% discount at best on most. will look for my equipment online moving forward.
Every time I come in here I am greeted quickly by a happy face. They are always willing to work on prices and the 90 day guarantee is the best in the retail industry. The store is also huge and they have basically everything, and if they don t they can order it for you.
Large store, big selection. Good hitting Bays with computer tracking.
Full retail prices only. Not a lot of discounts on popular items at all. During certain times it is not easy to get qualified service from someone knowledgeable. Selection is very good however.
Had some clubs reshafted and regripped, good service at a reasonable price
Normally great service. Today the staff was rude from the minute I walked in and was shockingly unhelpful with any questions I had. Very bad service today
Tha best DAMN golf shop ever,no pressure, knowledgeably ,fully stocked,,,,
Place is legit. Top notch staff. SUPER covid clean.
Solid place if you need golf related equipment or assistance. I've bought shoes, equipment, tools, etc., and I've never had a problem. Price is a bit hit or miss. You may pay a little more than you would online for some products, but others products are comparable.
Great selections for all things golf. Reasonable price and knowledgeable staff.
Had lots of questions regarding iron sets. Plenty of answers and patience.
Decided to take up golf again and husband wanted me clubs. It s been about 12 yrs for me and husband was playing with dads clubs. We set out to the golf store in west Springfield. Was a busy store yet no one offered to help us .. decided to drive to mikes in Hartford. Walked in was told where ladies clubs where and men s and that was about it. Decided to go to golfers warehouse down the street were we met Benjamin. He made the whole thing so easy his knowledge of the different clubs asked how we hit to fit us with the right irons, woods, and putter. Something that was overwhelming for us at first Benjamin made it so easy. If u need new clubs but are unsure do to all the new ones out these days or taking it up for the first time go see Benjamin at Golfer Warehouse in Hartford. He will set u up for the best clubs for u at the price u can afford
Jake was great. Got us squared away with some irons and a fitting. They have great covid protocols in place and everyone's attitude is scary good. Haha.
Great selection of everything golf, hitting area and knowledgeable help. Go there every time I need something. At least to check their price.
Got to try out lots of different clubs and got a great deal on the ones I hit best with
Great selection...I could spend way too much time and money here.
basically a self service golf store. employees just sit around on their computers talking with each other, and ignore customers with money to spend.
Scheduled a fitting with Ben. It took an hour, but he figured out the correct shaft properties and head combination to dramatically improve the shape, consistency and spin of my shots. Can t wait to get my new clubs and play!
Went to buy a mizuno s5 wedge, I found the discount offered fair and the trade-in value very good, not as good as a callaywaypreowned, but when you factor in the hassle of going to the post office and sending back the club and waiting for your credit, the offer on here is worth it.
All in all I got a great deal on a spectacular club... Thank you
Great place to test clubs. They had tons of clubs and products. Everything was clean and overall had a great time testing clubs.
Great selection of new and used golf clubs. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome place to try out clubs, with several simulators.
This place has everything golf! Downside: crappy location
Very disappointed in Golfer's Warehouse. Drove almost an hour to find a new putter. I wasn't sure if I should stick with a blade putter or try a mallet style. A young man came over to help me and I asked him the difference between to two styles. He actually said it was just looks! I knew this was totally wrong so asked him to get someone who had more knowledge. He went over to the desk area and talked to 3 other young guys. No one came over while I tried the putters. I called over and finally one guy came over. He was more helpful but at that point I'd had it! Go to Chris Cote's, they at least now what they're talking about!
For all things golf, to futz around and try new clubs, shoot the breeze with the staff, try everything and anything you can think of, all backed with the 90 day "I hate this and want to exchange it no questions asked" policy.....Golfer's Warehouse is the place. For almost two years, numerous fittings and adjustments, still not hitting my M1's properly when I hit literally everything else just fine. Turns out there was a mishap with my shaft sizes. Most places would tell you, "Sorry. Not much we can do." GW said, "Sorry, we can't let you hate these clubs and since they were never right, we want to make them right." The managers Rich and Dave made sure I was set up correctly, I was refitted and they ordered me a new M4 Driver, 3 Wood and 5 Wood for zero out of pocket. I can not say enough for what an awesome place this actually is. The bad reviews are typical of people who don't give the store a shot at making things right. I HIGHLY recommend them as your golf outfitter.
Pitiful selection of gear for women. Decent shoes and apparel but apparently we only golf for the shoes and clothes because there's not much in the way of clubs. Take a look at the picture i posted of the "ladies department" consisting of one shelf (back right in the picture. I know, hard to see.) Sad. Self-fulfilling prophecy, because I have little reason to come back.
Great Experience with Gophers Warehouse sales rep. Stopped in to purchase a gift card, and looked at their mens apparel selection. Not much was available I've seen online, however managed to find a nice mens pull over at a reasonable price, similar to my original branded item I wanted.
Hey golfers WAREHOUSE! How about keeping the kids out of the demo area?? Took one to the top of the head from a kid "playing golfer". Ridiculous...
What a cool place. They have a great selection of both new and used clubs and a place to try them out. If you go there ask for David Sheehan. David's very patient knowledgeable and can match the club to your swing at no additional charge . Great guy, great place and highly recommended.
Love this place. The employees and the products are top quality. I have always had a great experience when coming in here. Always get the help I need with any of the products. I highly recommend if you are in the market for anything golf to come here!
It was a great place for all things and stuff for golfing. Everything was well organized and it was easily to find good items. Place was great and stuff as well..,
Great selection of everything for the golf enthusiast.
Disappointed. Limited sales staff. Poor selection of golf shoes snd accessories
I'm sure it's great if you're right handed. Not so much for lefties.
Great place to get clubs they have plenty of simulators so you can try your clubs before you buy
Very nice store, great selection and friendly staff.
One employee was very helpful with insights on the different types of putters.
Stopped in looking for a set of irons... was fit by Jake. Great experience. He was very honest and definitely knowledgable about the game. Will be back soon for woods.
Always a great experience here. Friendly, helpful staff. Large inventory and even if they do not have something in stock or a purchase requires a special order the staff here will make sure you are taken care of. For all things golf, skip the "sporting" stores and go to Golfer's Warehouse.
Helpful employees and a nice store with all the amenities you'd expect.
I've been going here for about 30 years and love it I buy all my clubs and gloves here like having a testing range before I buy and the repair shop is THE BEST had my clubs regripped here since forever always done just right
Helpful staff recommended clubs for me, got fitted, and they suggested adding length to some clubs I already own. In door range to test clubs. 90 day period to try clubs.
My husband is the golfer, He is left handed. Still finds what he needs.
Very cool place lots of great golf stuff but be ready to drop some dough for a decent set of clubs very expensive sport. My starter set came from here and its pretty awesome!!! I'm so ready for the next step up but ill have to sell my kidney first
It s always awesome coming to shop here. Always greeted by happy smiles on the way in and always able to find what I need. Amazing shoe and bag collection as well as an outstanding amount of clubs. Highly recommend it.
Anthony was awesome, very helpful, knowledgeable and personable...and threw in a free lesson to boot
Customer service sucked. Never. Will shop here again
