Watch heaven. Just love this place, bank manager not so easily pleased though .

Wanted a fee for quote regarding a item purchased at Meadowhall goldsmith jewellers which I regard as not customer care ..Went to Ernest Jones for the same quote regarding the same item , They was very accommodating and did this quote for free..

Snobby staff in the watch department made me feel like a criminal just for asking about buying a watch. I spent my money elsewhere.

Always had great service and assistance, very helpful, we looked at an eternity ring but theh didn't have correct size so they ordered 2 different sizes in for us to try....the only negative thing I can say is that they didn't follow up with a phone call to let us know they had arrived
