SO DISGUSTED WITH ALEX EXT-1274 CLAIMS DEPARTMENT FOR FALSE accusations!!! DONE WASTING MY MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS MICKEY MOUSE INSURANCE!

They disrespect the American flag by flying it on its side when I called to point out the fact it's wrong she told me get over it. NEVER felt so insalted being a veteran. If they cant fly the flag with respect they need to be boycotted.

This insurance company is terrible. The staff is rude, no online services (what is this the Middle Ages?), they let our policy lapse and nobody contacted us. Protect your assets and choose a different insurance provider. This company does not know what it is doing.
