For preschoolers aged 3-5 years old, we have our KinderGym program where they can learn basic gymnastic skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands with the help of our experienced coaches.

For school-aged children aged 6-12 years old who want to take their skills to the next level or simply want to try something new and exciting after school or during weekends - we offer recreational classes where they can learn more advanced techniques like back handsprings or front flips under close supervision from our expert instructors.

We also offer competitive team programs for those who want to take their passion for gymnastics further! Our competitive teams compete at local meets throughout California as well as regional competitions across the country!

In addition to our regular classes and team programs - Golden State Gymnastic offers summer camps during school breaks! These camps provide an opportunity for kids ages 5-14 years old (beginner through advanced)to experience all aspects of gymnastic training including tumbling on floor exercise mats; vaulting over horse apparatuses; swinging on bars; balancing on beams; jumping into foam pits!
