A nice place with luxury prices..excellent area but not at the top furnishings

The staff is very nice and friendly, the setting is relaxing, but the spa is practically in a basement. We had an entrance coupon + massage, but I got the impression that the masseuse wasn't very experienced. A very negative aspect is the air conditioning that is too high: you pass from the hot pool, sauna, Turkish bath to an environment that is too cold that does not allow you to completely relax especially if you are wearing a wet bathing suit and towel.
I don't think I'll be back.

Very nice as a hotel, all very kind and polite, the rooms are really spacious and well cleaned, the lunch and dinner service is excellent and the food is good. 10 ellode to this hotel, I invite you to go there if you get the chance. Easy to reach even from the Porta Nuova station, it is a 4 minute walk 900 meters away

Considering the prices definitely not at the level. It may once have been a luxury hotel but the carpet in the corridors is quite drab, the gym has very dated and poorly maintained equipment. In the room he sleeps very well on the other hand
