Good family run hotel. The beach is clean. Nice sand, convenient for children to play. There is a pier with a bar for those who like to swim, where it is deep. In the snack bar by the beach, where the shuttle stops, they give ice cream. The food is good.

Despite many children in the area it was quiet. Really recommended for families with children.

A very nice hotel area great holiday hotel for families with children
stayed there for 3 nights... loved my stay there and the facilities are insanely beautiful. However i gave it 4 stars because of... (the owner of the place (and probably the management) got it right with place in terms of design, program, food, facilities available, pools and etc. BUT it seems like they forgot to take care of the most important thing, the staff!!!!) for example, they had two guest relations employees at the reception, they cant speak proper english and they do not know what is wjat and where is where even though i asked several times... People at the reception are not helpfuland never smiling... ncluding bad english!!! Other staff arpund the place seemed to be unwilling to help.!) i am not sure if it is the low wages the managers provide to these ppl or it is the wrong ppl at the wrong place...
Other than that, the place was very nice

A remarkable hotel and complex in many respects:
+ a huge interesting area and infrastructure, a water park, cafes, sports and playgrounds, a children's disco, fitness, etc. In reality, there is something to do, where to take a walk (in the village of Cholakli itself there is nowhere to go, except for Migros and the bazaar).
+ great atmosphere of relaxation, hospitality and fun created by all staff. I think it's important.
+ delicious varied food. For any food concept. You can't try everything in 10 days.
- I don t know about other alcohol, but wine is like vinegar (it saves if with ice), cocktails (mojito, pinacolada) are a tasteless analogy. I understand that everything cannot be perfect. I just resigned myself, because alcohol is not important to me.
+ everything around is clean, tidy, bedding, towels, quality of cleaning, condition of plumbing and furniture - without pathos, luxury, but acceptable.
+ well done in matters of covid safety: both sanitary requirements from guests and sanitation. It is a shame for some tourists who do not understand the risks and danger of being closed. The staff wants to work and earn money and conscientiously fulfills the requirements of the epidemiological situation. commands respect.
- initially chose the kids concept hotel. It's good that on arrival it was not useful, but as a children's hotel - no hotel. A boring, uninteresting program like darts, or bowling or something else, coloring pictures and watching cartoons for 1.5 hours in a stuffy little cinema in the daytime. It's a pity to leave children when the sea and the water park are nearby. I am more interesting.
+ I liked the water park on the territory of the Golden beach hotel. There are also slides for children and adults (which can be used by children in tandem with an adult). Such, to have fun, and have time to get bored in order to go somewhere else. Guests of the golden coast can use the bar.

I don't know the hotel rooms but the personal small apartment type rooms at the resort part were very charming. Quiet and peaceful place. I like it so much.

I went to the elite part exactly 4 years ago, this time I went to the golden coast part. Next time I will go to the golden beach section. You can benefit from all the possibilities of these 3 different parts, whichever part you prefer. All of the employees are veteran people. Private beach within walking distance to the beach. You can use any of the 4 different swimming pools until 20:00 in the evening. There are 3 different snack bars (1 next to the private beach) and 2 different bars, there are restaurants for each of the three parts and 5 different a la carte rooms. a hotel he preferred (they also thought of children in almost every area)

We were completely satisfied with this hotel. Many nice employees from the cleaning lady, bartender, waiter and receptionist.
The food in this hotel was just awesome as there was always something different from the main meals and the choice was just huge. The bar in this hotel was also very welcoming with very friendly staff and seating as comfortable as your own sofa at home. Room for our taste very modern and very clean.
Generally the area is very spacious as 3 hotel complexes are together. From Resort Coast, Elite and Beach and all very well maintained and beautifully overgrown. The Auqapark my daughter really liked, many slides for young and old and a huge pool area. The beach is very clean and has a fine sandy beach.
Every evening from 21:30 clock a show which is about 1 hour with a moderator of the guests always properly heated up. At the shows, I have to say, the hotel can think of something. Every night one is stunned by what is offered.
All in all, we can recommend the hotel unconditionally and we will book this hotel again.

Very large spacious area. Well-groomed, but getting on in years. Had a family room with a separate bedroom. Clean, but from 1990. Nothing has happened in the room since then. The bathroom was equipped with a tub built into a niche lengthways. You had to get in from the front. This is not possible for older people. The processing of tiles & Co. Well ...
The food was very good, the waiters very quick. Sometimes a bit too hectic, so that something broke more often.

Great aquapark. Rooms are not bad but not great. WiFi is good only in lobby. In rooms is weak and almost unusable. Restaurant is ok, moderately clean, dishes are tasty. A lot of families with small children.
I stayed at your hotel on 2_6 June 2018. Cleaning of the rooms, food, staff service and other activities are very good.
However, in order to go to the aqua, you have to go outside the hotel even if it is not too far. In order to get a water on the beach, you should not have to go to the pier 200 meters ahead, or return to the hotel, a person who slips from the aqua falls into the pool with a depth of 158 cm. This depth can be dangerous for non-swimmers.
In summary, we had a little difficulty while taking advantage of the hotel activities because it was our child.

Location, grounds, beach and jetty all great except the way to the toilets and eating a little too far. The beach bar only offers drinks. Food good and varied. Staff and entertainers all very nice and helpful. Except for some technical defects in our family room everything was very good.

A beautiful turkish resort with 4 - 6 swimming pools 2 of them for children. There are many different slides and non-alcoholic cocktails (for children). The buffet is also huge there are different dishes with each meal. There are also a lot of Germans there. However, the animations are only in Turkish.

PAY ATTENTION!! During the autumn holidays our family (husband and 2 children aged 9) crashed with para-sailing (ropes broken, from 100 meters down). DO NOT use the rental tent facilities on Golden Beach. They confirm that they belong to the Hotel Golden Beach. The animation team even invites you in the evening and on the beach to join the banana boat of the rental tent. No doubt for us. After the crash, the hotel really doesn't help you. Not even the tour guide of Corendon. He only had time to bring the complaint form, but hurry up because the other appointment is waiting. And Corendon itself regrets the incident but does nothing about it. Yes, we could pick up a 40 euro voucher at the travel agency. This traumatic experience has had (and continues to) profound consequences for our family. And you don't have to expect anything from the hotel or Corendon !!

There are way too many Russians and Arabs as it has no respect for other guests at the restaurant, they have no queue culture. When it takes food from the rooftop table itself it sometimes takes by hand no hygiene, it does not suit their children either.
We are now at the hotel and it would be right to say that we are in trouble. The hotel is definitely under minus in terms of entertainment. Sozde, a bingo check was made for the guests so that we were organizing an event with a fee of 20 TL per paper. They do activities, but they think about what I can get from people. Because of the pandemic, if you say that everything is limited food, after 8, nothing remains after 8. It happens that it is not the simplest french fries. The range is limited due to the reason that it does not work at full capacity. There is a queue for the most preferred meals, the distance is not controlled, we are looking for a place to escape or we cannot buy from that meal. It doesn't stay anyway. If you ask for cleaning, the room attendant can take our towels from our private luggage. The waitress is inadequate, they do their best, but they cannot keep up due to the low number of employees. As the beautiful aspects of the sea, the beach is perfect, the pier is very successful, the large part of the pool is deep. One incident I experienced in the aqua park was that they only allowed to slide with the boats, they were forbidden to play and officially took it from our hands, hard and scolding. I say those who think to come think again. !!
