I am currently a client of Goldberg Loren and I am enduring Oscar Martinez and his inability to do anything positive to move my case forward. In my opinion I read the other good reviews on trustburn and they sound pretty similiar and probably are not real at all but that is the review game these businessess play. I have requested contact infromation for opposing counsel and he ignored me multiple times. I have requested contact information for the employee lawyer that Oscar told me he has looking over the documents I sent him weeks ago and he ignored me. In my opinion I don't think any employee lawyer is looking into anything becasue they would have already reached out to me to discuss and haven't. I have also requested all and any communications by Oscar and his parelegal with Athens and the adjuster but he continues to ignore me and tell me he will give me my file. In my opinion I would look to another firm for you lifes needs because this firm does not put the client first at all even though they claim to. In my opinion Oscar would rather talk down to the clients and pretend that he has it all taken care of, when in fact he doesn't and can barely move a case forward on his own. In my opinion Oscar is a ambulance chaser that doesn't have the time to get up and chase anything or anyone, he'd rather sit and tell you what he is going to do while he waits for the possibiltity that the ambulance may park next to him and most of the time the ambulance doesn't which leads Oscar to create more dishonesty and excuses while we wait for any help or support at all. In my opinion you can tell when a lawyer shouldn't be working in continency basis programs because they are not motivated to do anything because most lawyers are driven and motivated by money. When there is no money, the ethics and professional standards dissipate as well as the amount of time and effort these lawyers put into your case.
