A little tricky to find the delivery gate but once you do. There's plenty of room to maneuver. They unloaded a whole load in 15 minutes and got us right on down the road. Loader was friendly.

They unloaded the truck pretty quick but took forever to give you the bills

In and out in half hour with a full load.
Lots of turning room.

Always fast unload but make sure you come in the back gate behind carmax.

The worst company to make a delivery, 5 hours waiting

I have been calling Gold Coast for 3 days straight to place an order, no one answers the phone or reply to my voice mails. I need beers for 3 restaurants on a bi-weekly basis and I'm taking my business elsewhere!

This company has the worst customer service and service, in general. They hold you hostage as they are the only ones to get authorized beer in Miami. They used to have reps who would visit businesses. Now everything is online, which is fine, but the delivery dates are arbitrarily set and you cannot get anything in between. Very disappointed and would hope another company is also licensed to compete with them as they seem to have a monopoly and do not care.
