The return policy is horrendous. The website is not at all helpful in cancelling orders. They take bookings easily but will not provide an option to cancel it. The customer care doesn't work, they will only ask to leave a message but no one gets back. They are equally unresponsive through emails. There is no way you can return the product. Will never order anything from enamor and have also told my friends to not take the risk of ordering online through enamor website
