New Godfrey Hirst Eco+ carpet installed throughout our home in 2015. 4 professionals have identified a problem with its manufacture including Godfrey Hirst's own after sales service manager. Now GH refuse to return calls or act. Be cautious when purchasing from Godfrey Hirst. VERY unAustralian :(
Ordered carpet from a store that they supply. Paid my deposit. A few days prior to installation store informed me it was not in stock so I would have to wait another month. A week before delivery I have been told there is a further delay from these suppliers! My advice is do not order Godfrey Hirst Carpets. Absolute disgusting business. Lie to suppliers and cause consumers heart ache! The installation will now be late New Year's. That is a 3 month wait for
carpet that was presumably in stock when I ordered it. Does anyone have advice?
