Skied and stayed for an awesome deal! Food was great. The hotel room size was fabulous, probably my favorite part! Wish they offered more times for transportation to ski, but that is the only thing! Wait staff/valet were amazing & friendly, but front counter staff (for the hotel) were a little less than friendly. Maybe that will be different next time!

Room was high priced, very uncomfortable, advertised and rented as a mountain view room, was actually a view of the casino back entrance. We were charged $34.00 for wifi that was advertised as free. I will stay there again when pigs fly. My $178.00 room ended up costing me $233.00, just for sleeping.

First time gambling. First slot machine I sat at (something Chinese) (penny slots of course cuz I'm a poon) put in 20 bucks, pressed like two buttons, and walked away with $100. Gambling experience was a win. Decided to stay happy. Doubt I'll ever gamble again therefore my experience was a positive one. Gambling is fun, kids.

Place is a dream. Relax, enjoy, eat, drink and maybe even gamble some. But the best part is you get away from everything and everyone. just two hours away from where I live and the nature is beautiful. Totally recommend a stay. The resort has everything you need. From food, drinks, dancing, fun for the kids (if you bring them) restaurants. Many to choose from. From simple bar food to upscale dining. Casino. Pool with jacuzzi. Gym. And even halls for events. I m telling you once you arrive no need to leave to get anything. I simply love this place.

It s unfortunate that a disabled veteran with his spouse would travel 500 miles round trip to stay at your casino and could not stay because front desk clerk wanted to charge me another $ 200.00 dollars to keep my small service dog. As combat Viet Nam veteran I was given a hard time by the alleged hotel front desk supervisor to the point that we left and traveled to Albuquerque to stay at another Native American casino. When I complained to the Director he said he would look into my concerns and get back with me? I did not plan a posting any bad reviews or sharing our negative experience with other veterans until I heard back from the director. Have you looked into this concern? Paul T.

I was only there one time on a consumer level! I was a cab driver that was constantly going back and forth. The clients that i picked up there never had anything negative to say about it. I personally liked the casino i didn't get a chance to try the other ammenities! Will be going back to try and get some of their money!

The room is big, we got the lake view. You have to call operator for water, ice, extra toilet paper and others. Staff delivers what you need quickly. All these changes is to protect guests and staff from the virus. Casino is open, no smoking, hand sanitizer everywhere, masks required, staff cleaning machines frequently. There are dividers between slot machines.

This is not fine dinning: No leadership, no management available at all, poor service, cold soups, fillet was MR not Med, the plates sit at table dirty since there are no bussers(server assistant). The best option would be cattle baron or the other restaurant at inn of the mountain gods, but this wendells restaurant needs leadership to make it what it charges to be & what the resort needs for traditions to begin.
