I love this dealership! They were so friendly and made everything so easy. Never was there a sense of pressure during our used car buying scenario. Everything that I had asked them to look over and do to the car was done when we came to pick it up. Payment and insurance were quick and easy as well. After a test drive, a couple of rounds of negotiating, financing, and insurance, I was in and out in 2 hours. The whole team was quick, honest and respectful of my time which I value. Go Dodge Surrey is an extremely well run dealership. From beginning to end I felt well taken care of. I primarily dealt with Matt who even responded to my initial query on a late Sunday evening despite the dealership being closed.

All communication was professional, honest and timely. I appreciated the non-pressure sales approach by the team. They had a good selection of vehicles to choose from and did their best to ensure my buying experience was a positive one.

They are also one of the few dealerships with no extra fees which is a bonus.

Overall I give them a 10/10 rating and would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to this dealership.
