EDIT: I was slightly disgruntled that I could not return my un mounted Continental tire. The store manager or owner, I cant remember it was a very long day, went out of his way to come to the parking lot and allow a return without the Continental tag. The service here is very impressive, stock is taking a hit from the pandemic, support local!

The store had only two Continental road bike tires, one of which is $57, extremely overpriced if you ask me. The store had one brake lever for standard handle bars. It was a simple chrome lever and was around $40. I found a similar one online for $15. I will go here if I have any serious issues regarding my chain because I do not have a chain tool. Other than that, I see this as an overpriced and understocked bicycle store.

This is the only bike shop that I use for any changes or repairs to my bike. Excellent customer service !

Bought two bikes from here and dropped off my old Trek for some service. Scott and Billy are great guys with an abundance of knowledge. Scott took the time to show me a few different bikes to help me make the right decision on what I was looking for. My girlfriend is enjoying riding with me now that she has her own new set up. Thanks guys!

I have been going here since I moved to the city and bought a couple of bikes from them, including a new road bike after mine was stolen. Every time I go in, they are really helpful and knowledgeable. Always a great experience.

There was young man he had glasses and a blue fleece, sorry forgot his name, in the door waiting to answer all our questions for me and my fiance. Helped me pick out bikes, he was both professional and enthusiastic about his work. I walked in to buy one bike and ended up buying two because he truly showed a dedicated knowledge and was very courteous. After to going to so many shops and getting snubbed I would gladly buy all my bikes from this shop for the kindness and regard they showed us as customers.

Apparently they're not interested in making money. I went in the blazing heat to get my flat fixed. I don't know how to do it but I know it would take 5 minutes for experienced bike guy to fix. I guess they don't want the easy 10 bucks in labor that they would make install a new tube. I understand if they are backed up in repairs but they also could prioritize their easy repairs. Place is super snobby and only cares about selling expensive bikes to rich people in uptown. Don't go here for repairs because they apparently don't need that money

This is an excellent bike shop, I've been in 3-4 times for minor repairs, mostly flats. The staff is always polite and professional. Most recently Scott and Jordan helped me with new tires for my old bike. This will be my first stop if I ever want a new one.

Let me just start off by saying this place is massive! They have different types of bikes for every kind of rider, bike accessories, and apparel. Anything you could want they probably have. From the moment I walked in Scott took superb care and patience in find a bike that was right for me and what I was looking for.
I was allowed me to try both bikes out and take them for a spin in the lot that they have alongside the store. He carefully and patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I was also taught a bit about minor maintenance and even demonstrated how to properly care for my bike.

I wanted a Trek in a new color and they built it in an about hour and a half or so. Not only that, they charged my bike lights and put them on for me. I literally couldn't have imagined a better experience if I tried! Thank you to Scott and the entire team for being so knowledgeable, passionate and helpful! My bike shop loyalty now lies with Gno Cyclery!

Excellent service, great people!! Billy and Scott were great to work with. They jumped though all kinds of hoops to make sure I was happy. If you are new to the bicycle world like me, this is the place to go.
