We use the accident management wing for a small fleet of cars and the service is awful. Timelines, communication, complaint handling are shocking. We have been without cars for months and months and they haven't even acknowledged their service is failing us.

The delivery of my vehicle was 7 months late, the monthly deductions were a lot more than they had first said at £570 and when I had to return to the vehicle due to a work transfer they charged me an early termination fee of £3801 just for the privilege of giving it back! The cost of a second hand car.
I now have no savings and no car.
