I received my first gift from Glory Haus a few years ago from my husband. He purchased a beautiful and vibrant "I Love You More" mug. I fell in love with everything about the mug; the shape is perfect for warming my hands with my favorite cup of coffee. Slowly, my collection built to five cups! I did notice my most recent cup felt a little plain, so I expressed my concern to the company-- I LOVE the bright and bold designs, and I just wanted them to know I didn't want to see them take their cups to a simplistic style, when the eye-catching designs were what I felt made their cups "Glory Haus." They not only replied, but they went above and beyond the call of customer service. I am absolutely blown away by how they received my criticism, and I am so thoroughly impressed with the way this company chooses to operate. I have an extensive background in Customer Service, and I haven't seen such a response from a company since I worked at Disney World during the year of a million wishes! They went above and beyond anything I expected, and I look forward to continuing to grow my mug collection, and begin to add their designs and touches to other parts of my home. Absolutely recommend this company for your business!
