I am a coffee lover, and this is the place where I come for my coffee. Every time I got the coffee I felt a refresh vibe inner me. They made it so good to make me come back again and again. Pretty nice location for my coffee and especially when you are in move they do have drive through. Small shop but you can enjoy their outdoor area while having your coffee. Very quick service if you are in rush. I would always like to come back to place for coffee.

Coffee always is the best! But the black forest cake.... Maybe not fresh on the day.

I love Gloria Jean's. Where ever the location you'll find the same kind loving staff serving everyone, even if its a drive thru Gloria Jean's Cafe joint.

I'm not a fan of gloria jeans but I was desperate and their Drive thru coffee was actually good.

Good Pit stop with plenty of seating and parking. Coffee is good along with a wide variety of deserts and other quick foods. Service was very good.

All ways buy gold chocolate with creem they fill qurter only joke allways have to tell them top it up

Was a regular for the convenience and breakfast, however the standard for a cup of coffee has dropped. I get watery coffee with terrible taste. More love and amazing tasting coffee by small cafes on Waterloo Rd, Greenacre.

I would rate it out of 5/5 stars and I am a regular customer.

It also has drive thru witch is even better if your in a hurry.

Loyalty card hasn't been working for weeks, that's a bit ridiculous. Customer service is not good. Very low energy service and a real lack of general politeness.
It's a shame, cos the coffee's good.

Got served by a young girl with attitude. Very unwelcoming. We asked for salt and pepper and apparently they don't have salt and pepper? What kind of CAFE serves breakfast without SALT AND PEPPER?

Coffee is meh. Needs better management maybe ask for customers name.

Ordered a large flat white on Saturday night and was wayyyy too watered down.

it's a good place to hang out. sitting arrangement is good but coffee is dearer and isn't that great.

Just an average coffee shop. Nothing too nice, they rush the coffee and the coffee dosnt even taste that nice... i always need to get half strength because if i get it full it taste like tablets..

Great service, quick and fast drive thru. best coffee. Perfect for breakfast on your way to work. Large variety of choices for lunch as well. One of the few drive thru coffee shops that is super busy, but everyone gets taken care of.

It can get very busy here. Friendly staff but not very good coffee unlike any other Gloria Jeans branches

The drive thru is so convenient and the service is fast and tasty.

My experience is purely based on the drive through. The staff are always friendly and efficient. I ordered the raisin toast and it was fresh, toasted well and delish. I also regularly order a white chocloate mocha on soy and they not only have never made an error with any of my orders but the drinks are always great temp and taste really nice.

Great option when you are on the go with Drive Thru, but at busy times its quicker to go inside and order.

Staff have no idea what customer service is, not a clue, not an ounce of personality and interest shown towards customers, especially loyal customers. Last visit I assure you.

Always good product and reasonably quick but sometimes in the mornings could be quicker, also have to work on their customer service in drive through when ordering "what do you want? " is not a correct way to ask for a customer's order

After a new renovation of this store, I would gave this 5 stars as it look very nice and clean. Must drop by for a nice coffee!

Coffee and food was good, there is just one problem. When I came in, people that was sitting outside area was smoking, in front of Gloria Jean's. I don't if it's okay, but I was with my kids, and smoke was everywhere, you can even smell it inside store.

Service was fast, coffee was good shame that the you have to walk through the smokers. Smelt really off

Food and coffee average. We had breakfast here on the weekend. A small cheese pocket for $6 is quite pricey I thought..

Came in here about 3+ times always had a bad experienece service. The younger staff theyre just rude and have a bad attitude. My most recent experience 4/8/2020 around 6:40 just got death stared and ask what you want, not sure if being served or the guy wanted to fight. Been to this before and during Covid-19 so it was bad before the pandemic.
