I recently had an experience with a global company that left me with mixed feelings. The customer service I received was average, as the representatives were polite but lacked in-depth knowledge about the products and services. Although their website was user-friendly, I was disappointed with the limited information and options available. The delivery of my order was also delayed, which was quite frustrating.
