Usually have work for me if I ask ,still labour hire but there one of the best

I have been with globe for nearly a year now with consistent work the whole time. As per any job a positive attitude and good work ethic will see you with no shortage of work. Globe keeps in contact with there employee's and listen to their feed back, in short they back you 100% of the way. The staff at globe are friendly, helpful and can be contacted at any time during office hours should you have a question or need there help. I definitely get a very family oriented feeling with how globe run there company.

Terrible i worked on and off for these guys for years in between full-time jobs, i was assigned a job for hutchinson builders which i received an injury resulting in 3rd degree burns to my hand, I never received compensation i never got any follow up calls seeing if i was okay, instead i was completely ignored and treated like i was non-existent. and after several calls when i recovered from injury looking for more work i was told that none was available Liars!, Absolutely disgusting way to treat a loyal long time employee.

Don't trust them at all, they will send you out to site and not comply with construction regulations. Refusing to pay the minimum 4 hours if sent home early, won't even pay for the 2 hours I was there. AVOID

There are labour-hire companies, and then there is Globe Group. If you are looking for a supportive labour hire and recruitment specialist who knows how to put people first, then look no further than Globe. The team are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend

I initially signed up with Globe for what was supposed to be a few weeks work while I found a 'proper job'. That was 2 years ago. In that time I have been offered jobs and advancement from several of the companies that I worked for through Globe, however I have stuck with Globe for a few reasons. Firstly, they allow me to have a certain degree of freedom in my schedule, something that is very important to me. They have work if I want it (my last Globe job was 8 months and my current is scheduled for 18 months), but I'm not forced to take it. I'm not necessarily stuck in a situation or a site I don't want to be on. Secondly, the Globe staff are professional and very easy to deal with.

I've found that, like any job, you get out what you put in with Globe. If you are willing to show up and do the work they are going to back you up and keep you busy.
