I am a client, the monitoring was cut due to a question on the line, the only thing they did was make a call to the contact phones and as they had no response they only sent a message. They did not take the trouble to make sure if something had happened to us, the technical services never communicated despite knowing that the monitoring was not working, until today nothing ... At the time of trying to unsubscribe the service, that they were not lending me, they started to put obstacles of all kinds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, IT WAS AN ERROR TO HAVE HIRED THEM.

ON THE OTHER HAND I COMMENT TO THOSE WHO ARE TO CONTRACT THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY, MAKE YOU A CONTRACT FOR TWO YEARS THAT OBVIOUSLY NOBODY TELLS YOU AND BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY AN AMOUNT THAT THEY SAY TO YOU. WHEN YOU REQUEST THE LOW YOU HAVE TO SEND A FORM BY MAIL THAT DOES NOT SEND IT TO YOU NEVER, IN THAT FORM THE DAYS CONTINUE TO RUN AND YOU CONTINUE COLLECTING THE SERVICE. I HOPE THAT IT SERVES THE PEOPLE THAT ARE FOR HIRING THIS TYPE SERVICES.
