Extremely slow communication. Miss calculation of import duties on repeated occasions and zero flexibility to make alternative arrangements in terms of speedy delivery. I would definitely avoid if there was the option

GSX is one of the best logistics companies out there they delivered my products perfectly on time, so glad I was able to use their service

Tried calling for 2 days no answers. I also left 3 voicemails and nobody called me back

Shipping was pretty quick, however, I expected my package in the time specified from purchase, not the time it was shipped. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars was because I paid $50 extra to have my package shipped by a certain date but because of the miscommunication with the time line it did not come on time and I did not need to spend that $50 to be late anyways.

Very bad experience on this first transaction.
we order an item with all correct detail , after confirm order and done the payment . globalshopex advise need additional shipping fee.
We ask for cancellation & refund ,no people acknowledgement and respone at all.

This company is clearly running a scam. After pre-authorising a payment through Paypal, my suspicions were first raised when Global Shopex sent an email stating that I had to manually transfer the balance of my order via Paypal's "send money" feature which seemed strange given they already had the pre-authorised payment pending.

After questioning this arrangement which could have left me charged twice, they also informed me that I would need to pay ad _additional_ $196USD shipping charge on top of what I'd agreed to during the checkout process due to a "miscalculation".

Order cancelled, concerns raised with Paypal, avoid Global Shopex at all costs.

Ive been waiting for my order for 4 weeks now! Still hasn't arrived!! They won't answer my emails unless i go through pay pal! Didn't give me tracking number i had to ask!! Poor service not impressed, won't be using them again!

worth less than a star, this company is a FRAUD. Waited for like months to get something from US to Holland. Besides I got something else than what I bought but they couldn't care less. Didn't refund the money because it is an international order. Nonsense, never buying things again with Shopex

I bought something from the store "Nearlynatural" which GlobalShopex is the deliver company both not doing fair business. Outright frauds

The perfect example of what a company should NOT be. First, I ordered two shirts from the NYT store. I received one and received NO communication about the fact that I would not be getting the second shirt. More importantly, they did not even refund me until I reached out to them and when I asked what happened they just told me it was sold out. I then initiated a refund with them for the shirt I had received because I did not like the quality. It has been well over month since I shipped out the product and still no refund. Globalshopex - the only way to describe your customer service is: complete trash. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad experience. Bad customer service. I wanted to order some items worth $5000 and I got very slow response everyone there including the VP. I eventually asked for a refund, sent numerous emails with Zero response, finally got a response after 2 weeks and then was told it would take 2 weeks to get a refund.
I will never deal with this company again and would discourage anyone to deal with them. I still have not received any apology or acknowledgement for the non-response. I literally emailed everyday with zero communication back. They took the money with no problem but offered zero help.

Im still waiting for the refund and at least an acknowledgement or apology. This ordeal has been happening for 6 weeks +. if there were negative stars I would give them

Outright FRAUD.
Was forced to use GSX because the seller shipped internationally with them. They delivered an item which wasn't the right one. Never saw my money refunded after returning item at my own cost.

This is my first transaction with globalshopex and i am must say i am impressed.
They have fantastic customer service; Beatriz Goncalves attended to me, always polite and patient. Every email i sent was responded to. Even when my package had custom clearance issues, They made sure they sorted it out.
I hope to do more business with globalshopex in the future.

Response to reply from Owner Feb 2020 - We welcome you belated offer if it includes to collect the incorrectly supplied item and provide a full refund for our purchase cost of the item including original shipping charges. Your clarification of a full refund would be welcomed.

Original review Nov 2019 - Poor customer service, when failing to deliver the item as per the order confirmation, they refused to arrange for international return.

This company seems to be a sham. I ordered a filter through them; order no. 464266. After payment of $ 339.50 (including shipment to Kenya, they are requesting additional $353.08. For such an item, shipment cost of $499.70 seems to be on the higher side based on prevailing market rates. I have asked for a refund from them with no success. They no longer reply my emails and the telephone numbers provided does not go through.

Package was treated badly and arrived in a condition that collector's don't appreciate.

Don't ever use this company for shippings! it is a complete fraud!

This company is a sham - be lucky to get my money back
