This company cheated us out of our money. Charged for implementation that never occurred. No one called to set up training adter discussion of the go live date. Please do not get fooled this company is not professional. They would not refund the 500 implementation fee after we set up our system independently. Do not trust this company to provide your company platform services. Even if the money was returned I'd still write this review.
Professional & helpful are the two words that come to mind when I think GlobalMed. I ve never had a negative interaction with anyone on their staff and I ve never ended a phone call with one of their representatives feeling like I still don t have an answer to my question.
I worked at GlobalMed for 2 years. While, yes, there is restructuring and growth happening, they are adapting as quickly as possible. Their are many new areas of leadership, which will be rocky for the short term. But their vision, passion, determination, expertise is unparalled. I was the HR Director and know the organization. I have been through changes and transition with other organizations so this is not unusal. They are the leader in their industry.
