Global Village, Dubai Review

Wonderful place I do love it. There is do many things to do and so many to see.

U will get all over world things in one place..with tasty food culture etc..

Whole world packed in a small place. One should definitely visit Africa, Pakistan and middle east villages

Ver good place for entertainment, shopping and dining.

Don't know how long this village will continue, but if you have a free evening, do drop by. It is truly a global village. And it's dirt cheap to get in, what you spend after you get in is on you ;-)

It offers a great atmosphere with loads of things to do and a variety of foods to try out. However due to it's extravagant reputation, some participating outlets have gone overboard with the pricing. Yet, it's a place you can haggle if you've got the patience for it.

A trip to Global village is a sneakingp through the world's famous places and cultures.

This place is amazing. It has every aspect of each country. It also has many rides and the shopping is amazing. You definitely need one or two days to explore it from every country or even more.

Do not miss the Turkey ice cream shop (they do ice cream tricks). And also do watch the stunt show. Will be posting videos on my Instagram : @harshil_hpz

It's a great attraction created by Dubai bringing different countries together. It's a mela at a global scale, people from all over the world coming together to buy and sell and have a great time. There are lots of eateries inside from across the globe so don't worry about food. There are some rides that one can enjoy, there's one named Max which is a total killer, not for the faint hearted. Needless to say there's washroom as well. Keep aside at least 2-3 hours for this if you want to enjoy. Entry fee is nominal at 15 AED.

it was very fun for my whole family, it was very interesting too! Adults enjoyed shopping while children enjoyed the carnival, and the food was my favorite, it was delicious.

A huge park for families, they open only during winter season.. a lot of activities

Great place to spend few hours. It's well managed and maintained. Typically you can get a bus from mall of Emirates metro station which takes you straight to global Village.

You have to get a 30 dhirams bus card in order to hop on so just keep that in mind.

The place is great, has amazing food options and tons of stuff to see. The drawback: all of the countries stall almost have the same thing, clothes and their food. There are at few stalls, local performers of their countries performing which is fun to watch. Over all a good experience.

Several tourists plan their trip to Dubai around this season of the event, so that they do not miss the Global Village attractions.

The 22nd season of Global Village opened doors on 1st November 2017, gathering the entire world in one place, with more than 75 cultures represented through 27 country pavilions, showcasing more than 12,000 cultural and entertainment shows, all located within the 1.6million square metre park at Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Road Exit 37.
There are about 3,500 outlets, hundreds of boutique shops, 120 food and beverage kiosks, 23 restaurants and cafes, featuring cuisines from the Far East to the Middle East, Asia to Europe, Africa and the Americas.

Increased number of trees has been planted across the park this year to make it greener, and provide visitors with much-needed shade. On the whole, about 10,000 trees have been added around the village and green areas have been extended to an expansive 50,000 square metres.

There will be about 20 or more entertainment activities and performances for kids daily, which would include 3000 local performers, 23 concerts, besides fireworks, with international superstars who would perform every Friday.

It is undoubtedly one of the best places to visit in Dubai. The entry fee is 20 AED and it is absolutely worth the price. One can easily spend 5 to 6 hours here without getting bored. There are around 40+ pavilions which represents the culture, food, clothes, perfumes and other products of different countries. One can enjoy the dance performances of different countries. I would suggest to visit here wearing a nice comfortable pair of shoes as it would take around 6 hours to visit the whole place. The entry is allowed only from 4 pm onwards and it is open till 12 in the night.

Good place to visit for trying global street food, the other things are over priced and not negotiable. Amazing concerts and performances are there during weekends.

One of my favourate places in Dubai. A definatly must go place in Dubai. Lots to do ,fun ,activities,food,cultures,shopping,bargening,such a big place and a family place. Wear good shoes (lots of walking), get some extra cash (bargain shopping), be prepared for the sand storm (happens once in a while not always)

Very nice occasional place, the new innovations are great.. the facility is so great, you can spend hours in here, have fun and explore traditions and productions of many nations and countries, food of different countries..
It is only thing I want to say about the Global village is that the food is more expensive than the food out side, the games are good and fun.
The best things here is the soft serve icecream.

Good way to spend a weekend afternoon! Lots going on top keep you busy for 5 - 6 hours already. Foods great.

I love global village. And recommend to all tourists of world.

Before you go, definitely look up the timings for the shows in the kids arena, fire fountain, and stunt vehicles. We especially enjoyed the food: Bosnian kebabs, Egyptian sausage sandwiches, and Thai shrimp noodles from the floating market. Yum!

I like this place too much, you can find all the world in one place, you can visit each country and you can collect your favorite from them as you are visiting them in there county, each country have there decorations and environment and also some of them have folklore show with traditional music, also there is a lot of restaurant with different cuisine, big entertainment place for the child with different games, always you have to negotiate the price with the seller to get good price because the prices usually not fixed

A great place to explore in dubai for an image of the world's biggest greatest things.. It also has some great shows like motor show and different kind of shows from different countries.. It also has a veriety of products around the globe for shopping.. Overall a great experience

This place has to be seen to be believed. Travel the world and experience the culture and national offerings of most countries all on one site. There are also fair ground rides and live shows. Only open in Winter months so chech before hand.

Global village is must visit place ,so anyone visiting dubai try to go in the month of October-april because rest of the months global village is closed , entry ticket is 15aed and its a beautiful place to visit and every year they have some improvements in their attractions
