Yet another International BPO who has their headof...

Yet another International BPO who has their headoffice based out of Australia .And their main agenda is to ensure that they can hire exp candidate at a lower wage, by giving them a excuse that since you dont have any travel bpo exp henceforth your inhand salary will be less , but the HR and the director will inform you that there will be allowences and incentives..Now guys you can never rely on incentives as thats never fixed and that allways depends on your extra work plus i was not willing to sacrifice my inhand salary .Also this is a 6 days working with no fixed weekoff plus you cannot decide when you want a off as its roster policy decided from australia HO. Also the shift timings are not normal timings which means you have to book a cab everyday to reach office unless you have your own vehicle so there fore its totally a loss as if you avail cab facility on a daily basic it will cost you a lot of money which you wont be able to recover as the travelling allowence is too less plus you need to reach half an hour prior to the shift timing to get the acheived incentives if you qualify ..And just incase if you avail normal shift timing the scope of earning is really low as compared to the grevierd shift timing ..Allthogh HR is really helpful and the office envioment is really nice but there are lot of catch if you join in this company ..Lastly one more thing i need to inform that in the first month you wont get your full salary even after soo much of hardwork and everything as they will give you 50percent of your salary and rest 50percent they will give you on the 6th month as its their policy ..And just incase if you leave the company before the 6th month then its a profit to the company so eventhough i got selected still i didnt join here as there is a lot of flaws in this company and they are definetely not a employee centric company as they only beleive in giving unwanted deductions to the employees which is not a fair policy ..So who soever wants to join this company after knowing all the relevent details then i wish you all the best for your brave and courage choise..

The explanatory videos and the mock tests helped me reach a 710 score on GMAT. The most important feature is that you would not require any outside assistance. Just complete the course and you are set. A sure value for money decision.

Global Travel Xperts Private Limited is a multinational organisation with very high skill set in the trade of tours and travels. The owners are highly professional people and have very friendly and polite behaviour. Employees are very helpful to customers and skilled in their jobs. Very large and beautiful office.This is one of the best companies here. They have branches in many states in India.

Very bad organization I work for two weeks but they didn't tell me there is any elimination Round after joining I heard about it company should tell employees before joining cause they are coming after left their present job and also there is buttering policy if you can do that then you can stay or else not. And main thing is I felt very bad trainer is doing persialty whom she like she will help him, in easement I saw twice for same guy she helped him and she discuss with him whom to keep whom to not its aucurd that a trainer disscusing with trainee that whom to keep or not for same batch. And the guy sending sweet sweet sms to HR and she is replying to him it's called buttering. And most important if company asked any one to leave then they can't hold their salary but for my case I received my salary after almost 2 months with like begging. So my experience overall very bad.

As everyone has positive and negative aspects, GTX...

As everyone has positive and negative aspects, GTX has too. Even I am not perfect. So how can expect others to be perfect?

I strongly believe the employees should be accustomed to the company policy. So people, who gave or are giving 1 star, either had been eliminated/terminated or could not adjust here.

However I have been working here since December 2018. And I am finding myself working here.

Moreover everyone in GTX is very supportive, especially The Trainer, managers and HR.

Hi this is Amit De, i'm a 10+ years experienced accountant, I have worked 2.4 years under OZ / GTX . I want to share my personal experienced and opinion.All three employers and employees are very good. and the office environment was not just very goods it was best, But the CEO is not a trust-able/not reliable person who act dishonestly in order to gain an advantage . be very careful about any discussion , I strongly suggest to all please try to go with written document every times for every small and important matter.
