A great venue for the Westfield State graduation easy access and courteous staff.

Great facility. Have been here for dance and cheerleading competitions and they can accompany a large amount of bodies, with exits located multiple places making Covid adherences easier to follow protocol

Great place for the whole family to enjoy. Multiple events are held here, from hockey to monster trucks to Basketball. For the amount of people that go here at one time, the bathrooms are very clean. Multiple places to eat from hot dogs to popcorn to burgers. Great entertainment and prize give aways. Always a joy coming here even if the Thunderbirds win or not

The home of the T-birds. Cost of decent seats is about $20. Parking is decent and free on game nights.

The center is relatively easy to navigate, and not gigantic so you can actually get to the other side if you want/need.

The night we were there they played the Providence Bruins so the crowd was probably about 50/50. The T-birds lost, but it was a good game.

Concessions are less expensive then at bigger arenas/events, but still more then you'd pay outside the event. We had some of THE ice cream of the future: Dipping Dots. A good time was had by all.

The MassMutual Center was a great venue for a Cheerleading Competition! Clean and spacious with easy access to the highway. The surrounding neighborhood was also very cool and super close to the Basketball Hall of Fame!

Parking garages in Beirut are in better shape than the one here.

The place is great, but parking close can be difficult. I'd recommend parking at Tower Square or another lot right by the end highway. It's not too far a walk (a block or so).

Haven t been here in a while, except for a few hockey games in the early 2000s. They used to put on a lot of great concerts, but until the casino came in it was few and far between. I saw Aerosmith here during their run of shows and was impressed with the show. The concourses are a bit small and claustrophobic, but this building is older than me and that s to be expected.
