ADP and CDK Global are not the same company. Do not confuse the two. ADP does paychecks and accounting. CDK Global does Automotive Dealership software and is the Global leader in this industry. CDK Global spun off of ADP a year ago.

Remember Phamis Software up in Seattle that no longer exists? CDK is following the dimishing footsteps of Phamis. Oooooooold technology that is not being rewritten just patched over patch over patch. But, CDK has 51%...no 50%...wait 49% of the market share. CDK is like a slow tire leak.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Now maybe this shouldn't go here but instead it should be written under the Canadian section of ADP but None the less ADP is Still ADP and ADP US Should be accountable for its Canadian locations.

ADP Dealer Services has not gotten back to me. All I wanted to do was demo there CRM and Decide if it was a good fit for the organization I work with. 3 Weeks, 4 Phone Calls, Nothing but Uhmmmm we will have someone contact you. LIKE WTF. What Company doesn't want to Sell there Services.

GO WITH SALESFORCE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

OHH AND FOR THOSE WHO MONITOR THERE REVIEWS AT ADP PLEASE FEEL FREE AND CONTACT ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. UNTIL THEN....

CDK Global runs a continually flawed Customer Rete...

CDK Global runs a continually flawed Customer Retention Management (CRM) program. I have performed a sales position in a number of industries and have thus encountered my fair share of CRM programs. CDK is the WORST and most unreliable system I've had the displeasure of using. Daily crashing. Error messages galore. In fact, one just popped up on my screen this very moment: "There was an error processing the request." Unfortunately for CDK, I haven't used the program in 20 minutes and so no request was made. Fortunately for me, this illustrates the endless frustration derived from their horrible program. And if you have the misfortune of hiring them, do not dare drop them or you are condemning yourself to issues of biblical proportions. For a company whose purpose it is to assist businesses in customer retention, CDK does a laughably poor job of retaining their own.

worked here. terrible company. didn't pay me the full wage they owed me when I left. software is garbage. don't listen to that hack who says he's experienced """"personal growth"""" working there -- he's doing it for the clout. someone in mgmt will probs give him a pat on the back for that. cdk wants to keep the workers down, the customers angry (but paying a lot of $$$ for arguably the worst software I've ever seen) and then one day will export 100% of jobs overseas. it's coming soon, you have been warned.

ADP was great for years until they recently switch...

ADP was great for years until they recently switched over to a new platform called RUN. I have made more phone calls to customer service since this switch a few months ago than the whole 7 years we have been with ADP. I request the same services I was getting and they promise it will be delivered and it's not. I've had to ask several times for one thing and even thought they are polite on the phone, I end up having to call again because they just can't deliver what they promise. I have completed more than one survey and complained directly to them and here I write yet another complaint.

ADP has the worst customer service. I would think long and hard about using ADP as my DMS. Be ready to be on hold for hours when you have an issue. Each person you speak with likes to pass you off to someone else where you again remain on hold. In the dealership world there needs to be a sense of urgency and they do not have it.
