Miserable place to work Do Not Apply Here! Didn't even get my first check on time! Only get paid on the first and the fifteenth of the month. If you are looking for an extremely unprofessional company that's ran by children or people with a child's mental capacity then this is the place for you. Training Here was a joke. They'll say you received training when in actuality its just 4 days of socializing amongst yourselves while the trainer chit chats with her coworkers.

GCS is really unprofessional. Their employers create a hostile environment with their employees. Since working there I've been told false information by Tara Schwartz to give to the customer only to be told that it wasn't the correct information and she's done this multiple times not just to me but to other co workers and that just indicates that they don't know what they're doing or talking about, nothing's ever prepared since Training, their attitudes are horrendous and they take it out on their employees every week, not to mention all they seem to know is how to harass their employees while they're on the phone with a customer, the kind of conversations that's being held during a call is inappropriate, and they do not care if your in school all they care about is you making up hours so that Daysha Reyez keeps her job and so the Honeycomb project does not get shut down. There's no cameras inside the building so the managers or so called supervisors get away with any and every thing. That whole building needs to be investigated and shut down. If your kid is working there keep a close eye on everything, whatever they come home to tell you about GCS believe it. They took down my last review but that's not going to stop me from telling the truth about what really goes on at that place. GCS needs better employers and cameras.

The work and coworkers are not the problem, it's the toxic environment. This place is bad for your emotional and mental health. It starts at the top. The managers do not know their own job process or procedures, and they have zero people skills. For example: Ask one manager one thing and apply that, you get another manager telling you it's wrong on a daily basis. The managers abuse their powers by calling you off the phones to (quote) coach you and take out what ever issues they have on you more than once a week. They can also come personally to your desk and harass you while you are on the phones. This also causes a problem for other employees trying to do their jobs because they can't seem to hear the customers. They threaten employees about three - five days suspension for assessments which only gives the employee/s an incentive not to come back to the toxic environment for three days or more days, nor do the 7 days a week mandatory overtime. If you thrive on a professional working environment that values their employees then GCS is not for you. If you value your emotional and mental state do not come to GCS.

Working here is... interesting. Occasionally there is mandatory overtime if you work full time, the same goes for shift extensions. There is open overtime other parts of the year. Management was the worst thing about working for GCS. Recently promoted supervisors have helped improve this. Office moral is okay, it's a call center.
