Service was extremely poor. After you buy the insurance you realize that the company you are dealing with is a obscure company whose phone number may not work half of the time. The phone number was also incorrect in half of the documents. After spending around 850 dollars for insurance for 5 months, they basically rejected all claims (even minor clinic visits). Absolutely horrible.

terrible service, it's been 8 months since the traveler insurance we purchased for my mother in law should have paid for her Hospital expenses, but the hospital keep calling us complaining they still don't receive payment. we have contacted GBG numerous times by email,phone, in writing , and provided all the necessary documets , but still nothing!, this company it's a scam since their last response was to send a letter to some address in an unknown island in the caribean! , we are in the process to report to the BBB and also look for legal assistance!

They've kept procrastinating processing my case which is a simple lost/damaged baggage case. It is over three months since I filed my clam and they have not got back to me. Very poor and disappointing service.
