This company is absolutely the worst company I have ever come across my bags were not on the carousel they gave me a form to fill out which i did i was then given a paper with a number on it to ring the next day which i have been doing for some 4 days now i went onto their website sent 10/20 e mail and to date i have had no response and yet my luggage has my diabetic medication in it which i emailed them about they have numbers that just ring out yet on their website they say they are customer focused?????

Worst company ever, unprofessional angry staff member shouted at me for no reason and damaged my bag just because I accidentally returned it after they sent me the wrong one then they insisted that I pick the bag from Manchester airport despite me offering to pay for a delivery.
