I work for Ellis and Walters Dental Care in Laurel, MS!! We are amazed how quickly you can turnaround a case!! Any staff that wears a splint, it comes from Glidewell!! Dr's love fit and quality of all appliances!! Thank you, Shannon

If I could give a negative star I would!! The implant department is the worst lab that we have worked with. The customer service with the implant department is horrible due to the lab not reading scripts right, sending wrong parts, calling stating they don't have parts, when part have been sent. We have a case that has taken OVER a year and still not finished. They have sent back modules with the wrong parts for the implant not just once but twice. Due to the lab placing the wrong screws in and trying to blame our office, when it didn't fit on our module (that had the correct parts). No ownership is taken.
The Implant Department Manager did not do anything to try to help our office out and finish the case. We call and don't get phone calls back. Please think TWICE before using this lab for implant cases.
Also on multiple occasions they have lost cases and have no clue where they are located. They have sent us back wrong cases that don't belong to our office.
They have no communication with each other in regards to cases. Worst lab I've ever worked with!!

As a former competitor, I have great respect for Mr. Glidewell, and the dental lab operation he built in the heart of Sothern California. As a lab, Glidewell has created over 4,000 jobs, here in the United States. The company is great to work with, the customer service and technical advisors are top notch, and the lab technicians - many of whom are Certified Dental Lab Technicians (CDT) deliver predictable restorations and medical devices that help doctors around the country offer affordable, quality dentistry to their patients. Hats off to Mr. Glidewell for his work and legacy.

Do not use this lab. They loose impressions left and right. They lost impressions twice on the same patient, on one occasion they had pictures that they actually received the impression before they lost them. Completely unorganized and not able to sort basic processes. Make your employees happy so they stop undermining you. I am not the only one saying that the lab is loosing impressions, many other dentists are complaining about the same thing. The problem is at the lab. The lab still owes me $101 from the $200 I had to reimburse my patient for coming 2 extra times to take new impressions.

Too many lab techs- too little communication in the prosthodontics department. I keep being sent things I didn t ask for or things that don t fit. I just got a digital denture that I didn t ask to be digital, and it doesn t come close to fitting on the patient model for an immediate denture that I m supposed to extract and seat tomorrow. A simple check of the fit on the model at the lab could have saved a lot of frustration. Now we are desperately trying to reach her so she doesn t take a premed and make a driver take her like we asked. This was so avoidable

Absolute worst experience ever . My dentist and this lab could not make a set of dentures that looked or fit right over a 4 month period . I came to Calif from Hawaii to have work done . After 6 wax try ins and turn around times between 2 to 3 weeks they still could not deliver a set of teeth I could wear . I'm heartbroken and have wasted 4 months invested in this and today my dentist emails and said I should look for a dentist with another lab because glidewell is all she uses. Total waste of time . 4 months of lost wages. What should have been a 6 to 8 week max process turned into a nightmare . I blame the dentist and the lab both. Covid was bad enough this year , my dentist and glidewell made it worse
All this could have been solved if I could have gone to Newport and worked with a tech on this last try in .. instead ... I have no teeth or dentist now

We have used this lab over the last 10 years. Over the years quality of product and communication have gone down. We use them for Dentures, Partials and Night Guards. Night Guards are still the same quality, but Dentures and Partials are horrible. Communication is the worst. Due dates are not being met even though we follow their schedule of how many days in lab are needed. They do not call to notify us of cases being delayed. I'm certain that there is no quality check on products before being sent out. We received a digital denture (which we did not request, it was supposed to be a traditional denture) with sharp serrated teeth (see attached pictures). Partials not fitting even on the model sent with the case. After two weeks of waiting on a case with no communication and the promise of "someone will call you today in regards to shipment and status of case" and no phone calls I will be finding a new lab. Save yourself the trouble and use a different lab.

We've been with Glidewell for 15 years. Always reliable, dependable, high quality service. Communication is the essence. Their tech. advisors will help you with any questions. They will work with you on a case to get it right. I learned from them a lot. Super happy to have Glidewell team in my corner!
