Very damp. Good views.
Evan better on a sunny day.
Heart rending nostalgia for me with this place. My school used to arrange day trips for the pupils every winter Sunday in the early to mid 1980s. Truly magical. Such memories. Since the globe started warming such "certainty" is over for today's schoolchildren, such a shame.
On a cold, wet day the cafe is dry! A fine stop anytime of year.
Glenshee has a great variety of skiing spread over a vast area. The slopes are well looked after and groomed regularly.
The ski hire is fantastic, they have a vast experience and look after the equipment, making sure skis etc are serviced and go back out like new.
They have a very experienced crew of ski patrollers who are highly trained, helpful and caring.
The cafes serve great food all year round and is always kept clean and tidy.
Overall, Glenshee is a great place to go skiing and you ll never get bored or want to go home early. Just remember to check ahead for weather reports and turn up early on a bluebird day.
Not busy at all, I guess due to COVID. Lovely friendly staff in the cafe and tasty food, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend
I have to say that the people, Phil Mann, who contacted me in Ski center is totally irresponsible. He told me it was open on 25 Dec but it actually was closed! He never reply my email after I submit the form to him. Pm plan become totally messy! The 4 stars I give is only for the beautiful view near the center instead of giving to the operator.
Very friendly place, feel very sorry for the bloke organising the car park as we pull into a snow field. Could not distinguish between the tea and the black coffee we bought but at -3 it was still nice. Food is reasonably priced and hot. Not much competition up there so they can charge what ever they wanted.
It was closed cause of flipping covid so we had to walk up the blooming hills to ride down.
Good thing. We were the only people there. The snow was perfect. And the sky was blue. Wow!
