READ THIS before purchasing KING WHEELS. After just over 12 months (6,500 km s) the clear layer on my wheels started to peel, at no fault of mine. Initial contact with the supplier, TYREPOWER, was positive, however the King Wheel Rep was reluctant to accept any responsibility but did offer the dealer a pro rata option. As I was not happy with this I contacted the Rep myself and despite him admitting that this was not a common problem, did clearly state that the wheels were out of warranty and no company would replace a faulty product after this period had lapsed. After some discussion he did contact me back offering a deal of new wheels at a 30% discount on 3 specific styles, not the same as mine. After some consideration I did decline the offer and did inform him that I would share my negative experience with others.
