While I had a relatively average experience with the dealership, I found the website to be user-friendly. It was easy to navigate and find information about different car models and services. The online chat support was also helpful in answering some of my initial questions. However, I did find the overall communication and follow-up from the sales team to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries and I had to follow up multiple times. Additionally, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the level of transparency during the negotiation process. The trade-in value offered for my vehicle was lower than what I had anticipated based on my research. Overall, the website was informative and easy to use, but the in-person experience left something to be desired.
