First time snowboarding here. Nice spot. Was not busy for a Saturday. Overall everything was good. Rental equipment is a bit run down, the bindings on the snowboard were coming off on its own. Washrooms available. Even a spot to get some hamburgers(credit or debit only)
Hills and wait times were fine, snow condition was pretty bad but that s our fault for going so late in the season. The two stars are for the employees, I cannot believe how rude the girl at the rental boots fitting is, the attitude and lack of patience and understanding is insane. Everyone else was nonchalant and some were nice. Drive a little further and go to snow valley, the service is much better there. That s all.
Not Worth It
Went here on the Friday , the main lift took a half hour before we were able to get on. Got to another lift and they had single rider lanes, much faster wait times.
Came back on Sunday , needed to rent 1 pair of skis. We were told there was an issue with over booking.. after waiting 2 hours to get the rental skis..
We were able to have are tickets adjusted to add the time we lost waiting in line, but by this time the hill was very busy with with overlapping ski times.
Main lift again 30min wait for a 20 second run. Moved to the far lift looking for the singles line, but that had been removed, we were told because of spacing issues. We got maybe 4 runs in before we gave up and left because the lines kept getting larger.
The 4 hour ski windows are a reasonable idea, if they could actually get it implemented properly.
Overall a frustrating experience, feels like Glen Eden is trying to recoup as much money as possible with no regard to the experience of its customers.
So happy to see hills open up! Pre-booked on Tuesday to ski Friday night. Conditions were fantastic and safety precautions were in place. Unfortunately though the lift lines were super duper long. Waited 15 to 20 minutes to get on each time. Perhaps they shouldn't sell as many tickets?
Quite pleasant during week days. Very few people, more safe and the snow quality is fantastic.
Fantastic place, very well rounded. You normally judge service at ski resorts by lift operators as they are the ones you face most - and here they are amazing. Very attentive (which is a huge plus when you are with kids), friendly and professional. The only downside which I can think of are short slopes. It is only one gasp and you're at the foot. Otherwise we liked it very much and are coming for more.
I m impressed by the tenacity, persistence and adaptation to change of GLEN EDEN due to the provincial lockdown. The ski/snowboard business is closed temporarily, but way to go guys, for not giving up; snowshoeing is now the only permitted sport until February 18...Very well organized, with a knowledgeable and happy staff You have to book in advance, the fees are as follows: Adult: $15 +HST; Children/Senior: $11 +HST; Snowshoe Rental (ages 8+): $18 +HST. Different trails available: The short S trail is roughly 1.1 km and stretches across the escarpment base. The medium M trail is approximately 1.4 km and works its way partially up the ski slopes while providing an increased challenge. The long L trail is roughly 1.8 km and winds its way up the escarpment, across the top of the slopes and back down the other side. Take in the views and warm up at one of the numerous campfires located along the trails. Booking includes a complimentary hot chocolate Highly recommended! Stay active and be safe!
It is a small Ski resort in Milton Ontario which is not too crowded and it's a plus for beginners as well as intermediate skiers and snowboarders. Great value tickets prices for the lifts although the season pass is a bit expensive but that is my opinion. Enough parking for the people using the mountains. 3 bunny hills for training and practicing. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Went last week on Saturday from 10-2pm for my first time. Sunny and weather conditions were perfect. Rentals were quick and easy for my nephew. Lift lines were only 2-4 minute wait time. Went yesterday at 7:30-9:30pm. Again, rentals were quick and easy for my nephew. Lots of teens/young adults that were really good but courteous to the beginners around them. 2-4 minute wait time for the lifts. Would definitely go again.
Had fun here large selection of hills for different skill levels - although some Blue Square (intermediate level) and Black Diamond (expert) needed some grooming - the hills were too icy and bumpy, other than that, everything else worked pretty well
