Great Service - Fast & Efficient. Will certainly use them again

Today, I received a very moving and sympathetic email, whereby, it caused me to consider, that my original moan was unavoidable and unnecessary. So I apologise here and now for my review, particularly when everything is to be put right and the fact, that this is not my first purchase from Glebe Healthcare, as it was a most pleasurable dealing experience then, as it is now. There are far and few companies these days, who can compare with such provision made for customer care. Once again, many thanks to you all at Glebe.

I purchased Ergobaum crutches directly from the Glebe website. They appear to have been delivered by Amazon (Amazon box and packaging). The website was clear, informative and easy to navigate. Delivery was super quick although the outer box was quite damaged upon arrival. Unfortunately the crutches turned out to be unsuitable for my needs. And here's the catch. There is a somewhat hefty fee to return the crutches. Best be sure you don't need to return items! The very pleasant owner felt his prices were cheaper and could not therefore offer free returns. Personally, I think a fair return fee would be acceptable to most.

Excellent service. Checked availability of Pride Jazzy Select power chair. Ordered on Wednesday, delivered on time on Friday. Both office staff and delivery driver pleasent and efficient. Could not have been improved upon.

Bought an Atto freedom mobility scooter package. Initially when I looked they were out of stock and whe I raised a query it was answered quickly. A following message was received from Vicky letting me know it was back in stock. I placed an order and it was delivered by carrier 48 hours later. The scooter is as described as top quality and sold at an exceptionally good price. Will definitely deal with Glebe in the future. Top marks all round.
