I reached out to GPM for an Estate planning consultation regarding a family Will. Sounds straight forward, only I am not a resident of Texas but my family member is. All the communications and transactions were remote. Answers to questions were thorough and concise. Follow-up was fantastic. And here is the part that might get your attention: I paid a retainer for these services and they indeed refunded part of that retainer since I did not use all of the retained hours of service. It would be very easy for any lawyer to consume that whole retainer and leave a client with little to argue with. Right on. My experience with GPM is the epitome of legal integrity. Thank you.
